The window shade was broken the entire time. I mentioned my issue with the staff and they didn’t seem to care. The AC was very loud, louder than what I’m used to at a hotel. The water pressure from the shower was very low as well.

Great spacious room that is well maintained. Breakfast is wonderful. Only restriction is y two laundry machines.

Nice property. Big complaint is the sofa bed. Very thin mattress and you can feel the bars making sleep difficult

The staff is great, Each one very helpful and friendly. Love the rooms. Separate seating room, there is a kitchen with pots pans, silverware, glasses. Nice half size refrigerator. Comfortable bed. We were there to go to doctor appointments across the street. I know others staying there were also going to appointments there. The staff were very helpful to all of us patients. I saw the extra efforts the staff made to accommodate our needs!

The room was clean and accommodating. Overall our stay was good. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. One of the men working the front desk in the morning could use a refresher course in customer service. While checking out, I felt like it was an inconvenience to the worker to take a minute to answer a question I had. Otherwise, our stay was great.

All ok but the free breakfast ran out of scrambled eggs around 8am. Staff said no more eggs available for the day. Sausage, toast, and fruits also ran out around at the same time, 10+ minutes passed until next refill, and people cleaned them up immediately, and nothing left on the buffet table. Kitchen looked very understaffed.

Beautiful place. Every person we came across with from the hotel was vert friendly and very helpful.

Great location for UC CO Medical! For vegans, restaurant in the same building has several selections.

What an excellent hotel and space! We only needed to stay for one brief night, but I was impressed with the place!

Stayed there a week, the washer/dryer didn’t work and I wasn’t notified. There isn’t enough staff working. I had to wait for my room after check in time and also there were times no one was in the front desk. I emailed the manager and got no response, unless the front desk person gave me the wrong email.

All the amenities were great. Breakfast offered a good selection of items. The suite was clean, modern and had everything we needed for a week stay.

We are very happy with the room, the kitchen amenities, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean. I had a medical procedure done at the hospital across the street, that required several days recovery at the hotel. I was very happy and comfortable during this time. The breakfast changed each morning, we were there four days, several different options. I was always able to find something that I enjoyed.

Room was clean and cool, staff were super friendly and the breakfast was impressive! The bar and food in the evening was priced well and had good pours! The pool was pretty small, but we will definitely be back!

The room was clean. Bed was very uncomfortable. Pool was dirty with food around it and allege. Breakfast was terrible. Keep safe with cereal and bagels. Someone shooting off fireworks at 1030 pm.
