The manager was helpful after 3 front desk agents.

It was great! Accommodated late check-in, friendly agents, clean room and lobby.

Very clean facility and rooms. Convenient parking.

Would be very helpful to have microwave in room...

Very clean and friendly staff. The lady at the front desk made a quick and easy check in. Very quiet night as well.

The only choice I had to book was an upgraded premium room so I went ahead and booked the more expensive room because I had no choice. I purchased a king bedroom with a sofa bed with a premium view and received instead a 2 double beds with a regular view room. I paid extra and tried to receive a refund for some of payment. I was told that was a premium room. I will never book a room for this hotel again.

I picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and a pool. Both were closed when I checked in. Restaurant hours on website or app would be helpful. There were a lot of us who were there after our flights were cancelled. And we all needed food.

Also, the parking garage, attached to the hotel, is not explained at check in. So be prepared to deal with an unmanned 3rd party company who will only let you out of the garage if you pay or can insert the room key OR if you pay OR cause a fuss! No explaining of how to exit the garage or questions about where you parked…providing them with ample opportunity to make sure you are aware of their parking garage rules, or costs associated with visitors etc. I’m 61 years old and don’t, actually CAN’T, read the fine print! I’m sure I’m not alone on that!

Traveling is stressful, especially if work is involved. The staff at Hyatt - Anshutz Campus was welcoming and very helpful. They listened to my problem and looked for options to resolve. The front desk staff was the best! They remembered why I was there and asked how my entire trip and project was going. It made me feel more “at home”, and isn’t that what every traveler wants to feel?

Was a great stay, however, was charged $15 a day, without my knowledge, checking in not mentioned, checking out, which we dropped off room key, so many chances to let us know...other than that, wonderful!

The breakfast in the restaurant was incredible!

Had to request our room to be serviced several times and came back to it not being done. That was very disappointing but one of the staff tried to make it better even though some didn't seem to care much. I'm not sure if I'll be staying at this location again.

The only thing I would like to see improvement and would be the HOTEL pool. It was basic and bare minimum seating. Quite unlike the rest of the Hotel. We will be back next year!

Breakfast layout is not like breakfast buffet where you can serve yourself, even though you offer hot breakfast theirs only 2 plates that we can choose that's included with the room. Basically not much to choose from the rest of the menu must pay extra.

Great hotel , food was great

Great location, great staff, comfortable stay!!! Cost a bit high having no continental breakfast. Limited menu in restaurant.

The location to the sports fields was great. I thought the pool area would have been a little more luxurious.
