Close to where I needed to be Location, outside not very well keeped. One of the elevators was broken but no one tells you so you get stuck. No tv channels. Beds very hard

Room was big The room and carpets were stinky and dirty. The furniture was dirty and torn

fresh fruit was only apples and they were over ripe and bruised; the rest of the breakfast was good not mush security in the parking lot so felt uncomfortable coming back to the hotel late at night

There was a stain on the top bedspread. The front desk gave me a different room. A maintenance guy suddenly came into my room unannounced while I was there! This surprised me, since I was the only one in the room, and no one else would have a key. The door just began opening, and he called inside as he entered- “Is anyone here”? I had not reported anything that would have needed maintenance! Creepy!

Room was decently clean but hallways/elevators needed cleaned. TV didn’t work on our arrival, called the front desk and no one ever tried to help us fix it. But- we did love the close proximity to the children’s hospital.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was clean.

The room has a lot of space and the couch is nice. However it is hard to look past the dirt. If the room us this dirty what does the food prep area look like, uck. Drain plug in shower is a dangerouus tripping hazard its obvious there isn’t a trained maintenance person.

Breakfast was good Room elevator and halls smells of marijuana and cigarettes. Heated pool was ice cold.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is a good place for a quick stay and is affordable, however the carpet needs to be cleaned and there was a strong smell of marijuana in the unit which was unpleasant.

In the room the TV kept going out, channels wouldn't come through and remote was quite finicky. There were a couple of dark sticky spots on the floor. Shower drain kept clogging, center piece comes out and was GROSS, definitely need to make that a priority housekeeping item. The shower door track leaked Pool was cold and there was a bunch of clumps of hair floating around. Minimal seating. The lobby had an odd smell, then the hallway had a different weird smell. The room had an almost cologne smell to it. Not bad but not clean smelling. Overall accommodation was fine for what we needing being in town for the Rocky Mountain Regional Softball Tournament.
