Comfort Suites Denver near Anschutz Medical Campus

All of the staff were super kind and very helpful. You can tell they all care and work very hard. Unfortunately the building is not very well maintained. The building is really hot but the room ac worked well. We didn’t even bother with the pool. The hot tub is not longer available for use.

I was staying my kids for two nights the hotel is good for the price but as soon as you get out from the hotel homeless every time for me I understand but not for kids

Stayed for 3 days and never got the TV fixed, the internet worked when it wanted, the pool was half empty. The staff were rude, lots of homeless people around and they were nicer than the staff. Would not recommend staying at that hotel

Loved the size of the room. The shower was not cleaned very well. There were no vending machines, only a small area in the lobby for drink and snack purchases but it was near empty. There were a few energy drinks and a few bags of chips.

This was maddening. We arrived a little early for check-in. We were told it was to early and prepared to leave and come back later and was then told for $25.00 we could check-in. So...a room was ready but we would have to bribe our way in!

Close to my destination Very dirty , charged card when I said I was going to pay in the hotel and they guaranteed my rooms and where not even ready when I got there.

Location, the clean room, and friendly staff. The room was big and spacious! It was also cozy and the AC worked great!

Very extremely unsafe. Transients were staying in the hotel. Broken glass on 1st floor and rampant use of narcotics visible in parking lot and surrounding area.

Nice, comfortable room in good location Only one luggage cart, even 2 are not enough for hotel this size.

Completely awful experience. Hotel was absolutely disgusting, felt very unsafe. Broken windows in first floor, very dirty all around hotel and inside. Weird people always hanging around and homeless people doing drugs waving weapons and picking through trash. There are also long term residents that live there and breakfast was pretty poor. Very pissed because the online profile scored it high and it was very misleading. Wish I could cancel but by the time I saw the deplorable conditions, I would lose money. I felt super anxious and unsafe the whole time. We also had a sticky stain in the middle of the floor so we put a towel over it, there was also a dirty Q tip on the carpet. Could not use pull out sofa as had large rust stain over it and the mattress was slit down the entire side and stuffing coming out. Shame on Comfort suites for the deception

The entrance is clean, but when you start going into the hotel for example the elevator smelled like sweat. Got into the hotel room and the couches were filled with stains. The room stunk of odor. The couch next to our tv had an iron stain. Our pillows were stained. Not a good experience at ALL. The rest of the hotel hallways smelled like smoke. There was a ton of homeless people as-well right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and incredibly understanding. Gave us a full refund.

Running paint down the wall probably related to water damage. Laundry room closed. Staff was nice, though.

Nothing The sheets were a dingy gray. The toilet had feces stains and there was hairs in the shower and sink. I’m a platinum status member and was disappointed with the entire experience

Ok hotel. Lots of drugees and homeless people in the area. Make you feel lil uneasy. The room was ok. Shower faucet in tub was loose and leaking mold in corners of bathroom. Bed uncomfortable and pillows were folded in half inside pillow case. Horrible. Went down to get coffee and breakfast. Nothing available lots of stuff gone and not refilled.

I like it 100% satisfied

The TV did not work and they changed my room and the neighbors next were fighting and it took the hotel 5 hours to get the police from 12 am to 5 am.

The desk staff night and day was awesome
