Very nice, clean rooms. Would stay there again for sure.

The room has a lot of space and the couch is nice. However it is hard to look past the dirt. If the room us this dirty what does the food prep area look like, uck. Drain plug in shower is a dangerouus tripping hazard its obvious there isn’t a trained maintenance person.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is a good place for a quick stay and is affordable, however the carpet needs to be cleaned and there was a strong smell of marijuana in the unit which was unpleasant.

In the room the TV kept going out, channels wouldn't come through and remote was quite finicky. There were a couple of dark sticky spots on the floor. Shower drain kept clogging, center piece comes out and was GROSS, definitely need to make that a priority housekeeping item. The shower door track leaked Pool was cold and there was a bunch of clumps of hair floating around. Minimal seating. The lobby had an odd smell, then the hallway had a different weird smell. The room had an almost cologne smell to it. Not bad but not clean smelling. Overall accommodation was fine for what we needing being in town for the Rocky Mountain Regional Softball Tournament.

The surrounding neighborhood was a little rough, was worried about car getting broken into. And they have what looked like homeless staying on lower floors so you will run into them on elevator. Looked like most were into drugs.

Amazing cleaning. Breakfast is good. Maintenance is awful.

When I checked in they said they haven’t had on for a few years. Very disappointing for me.

Staff BAD attention

Drugs in the parking lot, people obviously living there, using the parking lot as their own. Extremely dirty. Not amenities besides continental breakfast. Would not recommend, get a refund, if possible, I wish we could have.

We had a booked room and when we went to check in they said they were fully booked… we paid for our own room with time and they gave our room away. This caused such stress and inconvenience for our family. We couldn’t find any nearby hotel rooms and it was so late. We had to drive 3 hours back home because of the negligence of your staff. I will never again try to book again at this hotel.

Dirty, lots of stains and uncomfortable smells. If I weren’t so tired I would have found another place.

Hot tub is covered up by a wood deck. Pool water quality is unbearable after multiple stays, staff is belittling, bracelets for breakfast, an obviously dirty room and more.

Beware of the $100 security charge! I stayed there 6 days ago, did not create any damage, but the $100 charge is still posted to my credit card. I called the front desk today, the person said I need to call my credit card company to get it removed, they can't help me. I have stayed in many hotels, the hotel always releases the charge and I never have to do anything. This hotel is unique and bad, because it creates extra work for me to notice and apply to remove the charge. Bad customer service!!!

The hotel is in a bad area, has not been kept up, seemed to have many people living there so it was very loud and the guy checking us in was rude.

The rooms are very big, it's near the medical campus The breakfast is scarce; the fitness room is ridiculously little and the swimming pool was dirty. They also wrote that there is a shuttle service to the hospital but it's actually not true (it was dismissed two years ago)
