The room’s wiring was poor. Switches and plugs didn’t work. And the breakfast was 3 levels below the most rural Wyoming truck stop. Even in Wyoming they have heard of plant-based milks, yogurt, and soy substitutes. There were a dozen convenience stores within 6 miles. No one could pop out for a quart of almond or oat milk?

Most of the staff were great! However, I asked for toilet paper one evening and the lady at the desk said she would bring it! Didn’t get it until the next day when I went to the desk to get it! Lots of weeds growing around the building, lots of homeless people around… I never felt unsafe, but Hotel is not in the best part of the area..

My wife and I have come here a dozen times over the last 4 years when we have had to take our young daughter from out of Tucson, AZ to Denver Children Hospital. We typically like our stay and keep coming back. The last visit has changed our mind. They have added on a parking fee for “security” that is non existent - as indicated by the signs posted that they are not responsible for theft and damage to property- yet they still charge you for a claimed service. In addition over our most recent 3 day stay; they did not clean, replenish towels, or dump trashes despite us calling and asking for clean linens and a new trash liner multiple times over 3 days. When I spoke to Ross at the desk, he stated it was our fault because we must have put a magnet declining services on the door that we neither own nor was available in the room. He was condescending and quite pedantic in his tone and demeanor. When I asked if we could please get some towels to shower in person (I had been up all night in the hospital with my daughter post surgery) he just said they would get to our room eventually. I live my life by assuming best intentions; however, the lack of empathy and placing blame on the client rather than just getting us some clean towels was disappointing. On the bright side, Nevaeh was pleasant and helpful during checkout. We will be seeking new lodgings after a 4 year relationship. A shame really, given our customer loyalty and desire to come to a place familiar in Aurora.

It is a nice deal if you are needing to be close to the hospitals, just be careful about parking.

We got in late and left early, but the room was very nice and clean. They do charge $3/night to park which is a little weird, but it was fine.

Cute place. Very clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Loved the little gardens out front. No hair dryer. Would have liked softer bed sheets. No thermostat in room to control temperature.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bedding was comfortable. The blanket was light and breathable rather than heavy and stifling. I didn’t get the impression that the area around the hotel was completely safe.

Really good breakfast with fresh warm cinnamon rolls

The twin bathrooms in the room were the bomb!!!! Pleasant surprise!!!! Kind of close to the more shady part of town according to the hospital staff I spoke with.
