The rooms were large and clean however are in need of an update. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to the children’s hospital. Wish the hotel had a restaurant attached for lunch and dinner.

Everything was great. Just wish I could have stayed longer. Not having the opportunity to try the pool.
-
Was fairly priced for the location I needed
-
Very good variety. Most times, the hot water near the Breakfast area was not hot. Carpet in hallway and in room should be deep cleaned or replaced.

The staff were super friendly and cheerful. Cynthia helped us at check in and check out the next day. Offered us the option to sign up for rewards and was excellent at making all of the guests feel welcome.
-
Addressed it issues. No soap and poor cleaning.
-
Front office welcoming staff was sub standard.
-
Clean and safe parking. Nice staff. Wasn’t there long but would stay again. Right across the road basically from Children’s Hospital.

The best part was the location given its proximity to the Anchutz Medical Campus. Also there were plenty of restaurants near by. It took a while to check into the hotel. Only two clerks with one person fully occupied with another project. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and the staff very friendly.
