Everything was great

I do love that the toilet and shower have different rooms . The beds are comfortable, the pillows were comfy . Beds were clean . Breakfast was great . Cons; our room wasn’t ready 3 hrs after check in time . After 10 hrs of travel with a medically complex toddler , I was really unhappy about that . There was trash left behind from the previous guest . The shower was confusing . Also , the tub was clogged and soap and hair came out of the drain as the tub filled up . The location is great for the hospital and there is walkable food options for dinner or Lunch . The bartender was rude and wouldn’t acknowledge us, so we left and went elsewhere. Pool was clean . Be aware it is $10 a day to park in their lot .

Apparently the room we booked they no longer had, gave us a room that was for the same price (bed and pull out couch for 3 people). While I'm in the hospital with my child my husband and other child booked in. The room did not have a couch

They hotel is very clean. When you get assistance at the desk they are very friendly. When there are more than two people at the desk, they prefer to talk rather than help customers. Sometimes if there's only one they see people approach the counter and go to the backroom for a minute or two

Location to the hospital. The restroom set-up in the room was not ideal and the sink in the toilet side did not drain well. Be sure to pull the door and clean behind it in the bathrooms.

I've been here for many days as it's close to the hospital, the staff has been very friendly this entire stay, very helpful with needing to extend stays, and I see the maintenance crew keeping up the property, it's nice to see the work they put into keeping the space clean and looking nice.

Construction in lobby —temporary

We arrived around 5:30 and the room wasn’t ready, which gave us a lot of anxiety because we were going to a concert that we paid a lot of money for. The staff just wasn’t very helpful or apologetic that it wasn’t ready. Also, if you’re trying to get to the airport, be prepared to get an Uber otherwise they will only take you to the train station to get a train to the airport. Other than that everything was good. The rooms were very nice and clean.

Great place to stay.

Overall very poor experience. Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful. The room had lights that were not working in the bathroom and the room door mechanism was broken. After requesting daily housekeeping, we were told it was not noted during check in. If you're not there for the hospital, the location is inconvenient and in an awful area. Not at all up to the standards of a Marriott hotel. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel.
