The Benson is wonderful

Located near the medical campuses, so not a lot of options for shopping or dining in the immediate area. We were only there for 1 night, the lobby area is spacious with multiple spots for meeting others outside of the room. Onsite dining was a nice convenience, dinner choices were limited but everything was fresh and flavorful. Breakfast menu offered more choices, again very fresh. Polite and attentive staff. Rooms was spacious and clean

I’m very particular about where I stay and the Benson Hotel was perfect. It was extremely clean, new and up to date, and the restaurant and bar was very nice and convenient. I will definitely make this my preferred hotel when visiting the Denver area.

The hotel is well kept and the rooms are clean.

The hotel is beautiful, its conveniently near hospitals and short drive to the nature and science museum! Our family stayed here for 2 days and we loved it. The beds were comfortable everything was clean. Its quiet enough and theres the restaurant downstairs. Amazing amazing food, delicious and its plated lovely as well. We dined in and ordered room service for dinner and breakfast as well. It was great because with a toddler its easier than leaving and trying to find a restaurant. The staff was amazing as well from the valet to the front desk and the staff at the restaurant was great as well. They all had smiling faces and were very personable and accommodating. Will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay ! The hotel was beautiful . The staff was very helpful . Rooms were clean. I would have liked a coffee bar on site. Other than That Perfect!

Poor service. Made a Pizza delivery order, the front desk agent could not call my room so i could pick it up at the counter. Made multiple request for toilet paper. They did not have anyone who could bring it to the room. Front desk agent said they would deliver toilet paper and body wash. They did not. Not a call, not a sorry, not much. Did make a complaint, and manager offered us a free night, but could not give it to us, because we booked third party. Whatever that means, 5 star hotel, with 1 star service. unfortunately. Would i stay again. Yes, I would give it another try.

Overall all it was a great hotel! It’s beautiful ! The only thing is the bath tub need to be cleaned it was a bit dirty.

The restaurant attached was wonderful and service was great! Room was very comfortable and great views. Only thing missing was a pool:)
