Unclean, old, string smell or mold and weed

Very run down nothing first bathroom tile was coming up due to a water leak. Staff was helpful in moving us to another room. But it was just nasty to let seat broken, tub not clean pulled back sheet and it had some kind black stain on it.

The entrance guy said no more rooms available and for that reason I prepaying my room before to avoid this situation, It bothers me, and I told him to pay for another room for me at a different hotel, he said, "Wait a moment," and then assigned me a room that had magically become available.

Clean room, but the parking lot was quite loud late into the night, and the front counter was understaffed

We had to do a late night check in. They put us in a room with one double bed and a pull out couch. Not 2 queens. The room smelled of cat urine so bad that you could barely breathe. No one was at desk to change our room. Next morning staff was very rude. Find another place to stay.

Not a thing Bad location, room was dirty, bed was stained and looked to never been washed it had chips in sheets and hair everywhere, bathroom was bad, couldn't sleep since the people next door were fighting and slamming doors until we broke it up at 3 am. The tv didn't work either nor did wifi. Room smelled like cigarette bad. When we asked for a different room the answer was no. Honestly the pictures of what i thought i was getting was not near accurate

There is no room service or staff available after 9:30 PM, and it was difficult to find anyone when assistance was needed. The room and bathroom were not clean, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Throughout the night, we experienced a lot of noise, including people arguing, footsteps, and general disturbances, which made it difficult to sleep. I am taking the time to share this review so that other short-term travelers can make an informed decision and avoid having a disappointing experience.

I can tell you what I didn't like. Our room was disgusting, the smell alone was enough. Bathroom was dirty. The nice lady moved us to another room, just as bad if not worse. The smell was so horrible, it gave me a headache. We left, and will NEVER stay or recommend your hotel again. Same as above.
