Peaceful stay staff was helpful and nice

It is not located the best neighborhood. A homeless person leaned against my vehicle in the garage and defecated against my tire. They’re everywhere around the property, minimal security presence. The room I was put in was a room for disabled people. There was stains on the floor, chair and something that looked like blood stains on the wall. I was too tired to deal with it and the front register lady wasn’t very nice. It’s close to UC Health where we needed to be but the area is definitely sketchy. $8 for pre-packaged ice cream is a little steep, they didn’t have all beverages available at the bar, and the bistro didn’t have much available for breakfast options. Stay somewhere else!

There was no breakfast and if there, it had to be paid for.

Our TV didn't work and we had trouble regulating the temperature of the room. The wifi signal is weak. Also, the neighborhood is kind of dicey. I would skip this hotel.

Great place to stay by the airport. Lovely staff, lovely rooms. No deductions because I knew it would have it, but I do like a nice pool. Though wonderful stay.

The bathroom was clean but you can see the dust and hair from previous occupant. Receptionist was not explaining well the location once you check in.

We had an excellent stay at the Courtyard Aurora. The property was clean, quiet, modern, safe and had covered parking.Tay and other front desk staff were courteous, professional and extremely helpful to us. We highly recommend.

It’s a good place. There is no swimming pool and housekeeping doesn’t come often. They neglect room cleaning and replacing sheets.

Great staff. The hotel isn’t really near anything so it’s nice to have a place to get coffee that costs too much. And drinks after a long day of whatever has you staying there. For us it was softball. Clean and safe.

Really nice stay and will definitely come back next time. There is a $10 per night charge for parking that is unexpected, but otherwise the facility is really well, room is clean and bed is really comfortable.

The saving $10 or $15 on location then charging to park and breakfast. Very poor mindset

Overall, very nice stay. The maids never cleaned our room (6 day stay), took our towels everyday, but never left us clean/new towels. Kept having to ask for more towels. The bar tender was awesome, other staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Rooms were decent. Very large king suite.
