Friendly staff, great breakfast, and very clean rooms. I would highly recommend.

I wish they would have a recycle bin. We had to take our bottles to the airport.

The staff was terrific. It was very hot in the pool and elevator area the carpets are very dirty and could benefit from a good cleaning. The breakfast was very good. The dining room was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in a great location. The best part of all of this was the staff.

The hotel is ok. Comfortable beds and decent breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and were told that cleaning service was every other day. Our room should have been cleaned at least one time. It was not. Also, large bathroom but little shelf space to put your toiletry items. It would be nice if they could add a little space.

Clean and accessible. Washer and dryer worked well for me. Breakfast was well stocked and good. The elevator was extra slow but worked. The hot tub was clean and nice, though it closed at 9. The shower in our room was almost a trickle, which was probably the most frustrating thing.

We have stayed at this property many times and it has a great staff, a better than average continental breakfast and a very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Also has a nice washer/dryer and vending area. Our only complaint was we were there four days and requested maid service specifically on day three and never got it so we had to request towels, trash bags, take out our trash, etc. ourselves. You stay at a hotel to get those services.

The place looked generally good but they dont maintain the rooms. I stayed for two nights and the second day I left the room at 9am and came back 7pm and it wasn't clean. Literally no one stepped inside.

Blaaah it was hot in building and rooms widows had dead bugs in the seals

It was a good quick overnight stay. All was great I hustled didn’t like the pillows.. too small and too hard. Bed was fine. Full breakfast was pretty good! Loved your coffee making machine

-clean room/hotel in general -convenient location to parks/Denver area -Safe area -Close to restaurants and shopping Cons: -low water pressure in shower -beds were squeaky -breakfast wasn't great, but I never expect a lot from hotel breakfasts The main issue we had was that we mistakenly left the "do not disturb" sign up, so housekeeping didn't clean our room. We asked the front desk to add us to the housekeeping list for the next day and they took our room number down. The following day we left and were out all day and returned to a still dirty room. We had to call down to the front desk for towels and go get them ourselves. Really disappointed that even though we asked for our room to be cleaned they never did it.

The gentleman working the front desk was wonderful. The hotel was ok.... nothing was particularly bad, just average all over.

Great stay for the price. I grew up in Aurora and I was concerned about the crime in the area. The Hotel does a great job of keeping the parking area clean and well-lighted. There were several vagrants that came through the parking lot looking in trash cans. No vehicles were stolen, vandalized or broken into during our stay. It is Aurora so, we may have just been lucky. The hotel is clean and the staff were great. The pool was well kept as well. I'll stay again in the future.

Staff was excellent. Pool was clean and tempered well. Breakfast was great and was a little different each morning which was nice. Our room and the property were clean and well kept. The beds were pretty firm but overall would stay here again.

Breakfast was great. Pool small but just what we needed.

Had a nice breakfast buffet. Not just yogurt and fruit like some places. When we were there they alternated things like bacon and scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. Hot cakes, hot oatmeal and muffins were some of the daily items. We would stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The room was clean, and the breakfast was great. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the front desk supervisor, Sandi Evans. I accidentally left something very valuable in our room, and she went above and beyond to help us get the item back. She was not only incredibly responsive and helpful but also genuinely empathetic about how important it was to get the item back. Her kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future!
