They advertise a Hot Tub, but it was far from hot. The pool was warmer than the Hot Tub. Disappointing.

Location. Close to Walmart and Sam’s Club Not my first time booking hotel. Book for amenities like the hot tub that was out of order. Wait until AFTER swipe my card to inform me. Breakfast was OK. Very noisy, people above me were jumping/stomping and elevator out of order.

True to their word, the room was cleaned every 3 days. Unlimited coffee & cold water station in the lobby was a nice surprise. I'm not a breakfast person. I just want coffee, a pastry & some fruit in the morning. So my only suggestion is to offer more variety of pastries, in addition to the daily mini muffins. However, the customer service exhibited by staff is on point! Everyone is extremely kind & friendly in addition to being professional. Will definitely return to this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay! Staff was great, breakfast was good and we liked the location.

breakfast was the best part, which was limited at best- it was the other travelers that made the experience worthwhile. Otherwise, the pool and hot tub were small; hot tub was broken on the day we planned to use it... the worst part of our stay was that our key cards constantly would go defective; it happened 5x during our 3 night stay. That was extremely inconvenient.

The equipment in fitness room was in good working order & enjoyed watching TV during workout. We didn’t use the pool but could smell chlorine without opening the door. The breakfast buffet was great with so many options. The ladies kept everything stocked and tables/room clean. THANK YOU everyone for working so hard to make our stay enjoyable and wanting to return.
