Hotel was dirty. Carpet was dirty in my room tiles in the lobby and in the hallways were cracked smelled like marijuana everywhere. I don’t know if the people were smoking in their rooms or smoking in the lobbies, but something needed to be done.

Everything was good

Breakfast is simple, but it’s more than adequate for a business traveler like my self.

Also, my son had another room and had to pay a parking fee in addition. To my knowledge, the website did not mention this and, to be honest, I have never had to pay a parking fee before in any of my stays at hotels.

Lock on door shaky, carpet could use a good cleaning.

Excellent stay and helpful staff. Clean property and rooms. Awesome breakfast in the morning as well. Thank you again..

We found a used syringe needle in the carpet. A serious health hazard. Also find a nasty crusty dirty fork on the floor as well. I also found it odd that there is signs about a parking fee, when I asked about it the front staff said “some guests… they have people who come at night… just for the night… so we do that for them” sort of alluding to prostitution. Definitely NOT a family friendly location. After complaining about the safety issue (I have a 3 year old) regarding the syringe needle and demanding a refund, I was told I would get one. I haven’t seen it yet, but got an email saying something about no refunds. I will be calling to see. Would not recommend to families of young children.

I have stayed at many La Quintas, and this was by far the worst!

Absolutely terrible hotel, in town for a weeklong softball tournament and chose to stay here. First room, mold in the room above shower and air conditioning units. Asked to move to another room, viewed the room before relocating, 10x the amount of mold in that room. Pictures to prove upon request. Asked for a refund, front desk said manager will call you regarding refund, never heard from him. Don’t waste your money

The staff were professional and very helpful (Aisha, Anna and Luciano) and did their best. They securely stored my late-arriving luggage (airport delay). CONS: When I retrieved my luggage at about 3:30 AM, there were 3 uniformed Aurora PD talking with Anna at the front desk (they were there because of a loud party and guests who weren't responding). The first room they checked me into had not been serviced: The bed was unmade, the bathroom dirty, and there were several beer cans on the table. The next room I was checked into smelled like cigarette smoke (especially in the bathroom; I'm pretty sure the woman who was checked in next door was a smoker). There was no hair dryer (the one I got from Aisha at the front desk worked intermittently), toiletries were only 1 bar of soap and two very small shampoo and conditioner. The shower curtain was not wide enough, so I had to constantly fiddle with it to keep water from going all over the floor. The thermostat did not work; the temperature changed by only a few degrees, despite lowering it. The room looked like it hadn't been updated in years. There was a sticky (melted candy?) spot at the foot of the bed on the right side that I stepped in; my shoes had residue on them for a couple days after. When I checked out (the next day), there was a big spider on the wall. The website listed the complimentary breakfast was available until 10 AM; it shut down at 9 AM, so I had to eat from the vending machine.

Staff was horrible! I flew in for my college graduation and stayed here. I unfortunately, had to have surgery 3 and a half weeks before I arrived and couldn't lay flat. I asked for 3 pillows and that took 3 days for me to get them after continuously asking. I spoke with Iesha I think her name was, at the front desk and she said she left a note for housekeeping and then I talked to Sonia who speak English and the young man thag worked there translated. She wrote my room number down and after I came back from my graduation still had no pillows and house keeping was gone already. I talked to Iesha again and she got rude saying there's nothing she can do and she doesn't know where housekeeping keeps their stuff. I was livid! My husband and I went to Walmart and bought 2 pillows then the pillows were delivered to the room the next day after asking again. The pillows we bought I had to leave because I couldn't fly with them. Then the shower was peeling so bad that we showered a my husband's cousin house. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and will NEVER do it again. I honestly think I should get 3 days refunded for the pillow situation and would love to speak with corporate about it and the lack of empathy their staff has.

There is a $10 pe4r day charge for parking at this La Quinta hotel. We had already paid to stay here, then when we arrived to learn of this charge. I found this to be unacceptable!!!

We reserved a room then they said we had to pay 10 dollars to park there. It’s a paper sign on the door saying you will be towed

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and made the experience easy from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I really appreciated the positive atmosphere and the care the staff showed to their guests. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in the area.

Not so good - the facilities accepts pets unfortunately the rooms smell like a kennel and we asked for another room it was the same.
-
Terrible location hard to navigate to. Poor bathroom amenities although the bathroom eas clean and large. Surprised by the parking fee since the location is Terrible and the other properties in the area don't have a fee. Would not stay here again! June 23 and 24 2026

Staff was uninvolved and uninterested in being helpful or answering questions. The person at the front desk was facetiming someone while I was asking a question and appeared as though I was bothering her for asking a question. $10/day for parking in a almost empty parking lot. I walked into my room and the window was wide open, making the room 78 degrees. The window unit would not work either, so I had to reset it. The only good part about this hotel was the breakfast. Absolutely would never go back.

Hotel interior wore out. Carpet felt dirty, furniture and doors had alot of dings and scratches. They charge you extra if you smoke in your room but sure seemed to be ok if you we smoking pot. Could smell it in the vents all hours of the night. Whole facility in and out needs updated. About the only thing positive was that the bed was comfortable. I guess you get what you pay for.
