Super 8 by Wyndham Aurora East

Pool is covered with tarp and cant be used ...doors are busted throughout bldg dr?wall holes in ceiling of com.on areas Ac in room does not work and when i spoke with front desk .. i was advised that they are unable to do anything about it ... booking here was a mistake and ill be reporting it to wyndham....someone should be ashamed of themselves. Expedia should also expect and hold hotels accountable for not accurately reporting conditions of thier hotels Im upset that i was locked into this booking and couldnt cancel witbout penalty Shame on expedia, super8 and wyndham

Air conditioning wasn’t working, no WiFi, no hot water, and remote for television. Terrible all around

No microwave! Mini fridge was tiny and smelled like something was left too long. TV remote not working properly (weak batteries?). At least the room smelled clean.

Sucked

We witnessed a patron come into the hotel with no shoes, walking down the hallway disgruntled. We were told the elevator was out of service but our room was on the bottom floor and it wouldn't be a problem. When we got into the room it was dirty and way smaller than the pictures showed. We didn't feel safe, comfortable or that it was sanitary. We immediately left our keys in the room and exited out of the side door. I will NEVER stay at a Super 8 again. This was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

I checked in and 1 hour later I packed up my things and left. The A/C didn’t work and the room was absolutely disgusting. Have the A/C work and have the rooms clean.

The place is not in great shape. That said it is clean, you can’t beat the price, and the staff were just wonderful.

😊I was ok but could use a microwave and fridge

Nothing, was told to leave with my guests right after checking in and paying Staff , Booked a room, checked in, paid, and then was told to leave without giving me my refund

The location Could never find a worker ,checked in and no shampoo or conditioner only had one towel and the AC didnt work room was extremely hot was so upset left a day early

I was there last night no freezer no microwave Rome is not clean

The property was not well maintained and not clean. Room had missing fixtures in the bathroom, threadbare towels, holes in flooring, etc. Clientele was sketchy and my son and I felt unsafe some of the time we were at hotel.

When we checked out and left They lied when we booked room and said the pool was open, it was not, we asked for more towels we had 2 adults and 2 children and they only gave us 2 towels, they said they had no more towels, the desk said don't order discount rooms is all and we can't have any more towels, the air conditioner was broken, and the beds lumpy.

The overbooked the hotel and left like 5 of us without a roommate. Staff was useless.

Unsafe area disoriented guests roaming the lobby damaged items in room no working elevator receptionist unprofessional

Bad rooms gave me 3 different rooms all bad rooms

The rooms are very hot the beds are so hard I stay a couple weeks and I ask 3 times if some body can came to clean the rooms and they did not

This property needs some major updating. I am not sure if any updates have been made since it was built.
