Very good

Clean room. Good water pressure. Free breakfast was lacking. Instant oatmeal and plastic wrapped muffins. Creamer ran out and was not replaced during our stay. Litter in parking lot. Lots of smokers hanging out inches from the doorways. Pets and babies making noise at night.

Exceptional

The bathroom had broken glass on the floor the bathroom light wasnt even dim when it was on and then in the morning the light cover fell on my boyfriend's head this morning

Room was great, roomy, full fridge, a small stove top, and microwave. Clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities. Staff was friendly and responsive. Some residents were suspicious. The microwave didn't work, but they replaced it same day. First night police knocked on the door looking for a missing child in the middle of the night like after midnight who belonged to a resident there. Overhead a resident abusing a child and reported to front desk, not sure what happened after.

Not much for continental breakfast. There was instant oatmeal but nothing to make it in, and no milk. No juice. Coffee was empty both mornings. No hot water for tea. The floor was sticky. We were given towels to take up to the room because "there weren't any towels in the room"...but there were. When you tried to plug things in the plugs fell out of the outlets and would NOT stay plugged in. There were no dishes in the rooms. (Paper or other) Could not park in the parking lot due to construction. (which was understandable) Over all I was disappointed with this hotel when it had a high rating on the internet.

Location was convenient. The breakfast was almost non-existent. There was a constant beeping outside my room from the alarm system that never stopped and was very annoying. Staff made no effort to correct it.
