Unfortunately, upon entering our room it had a very foul odor. In addition, the bathtub was dirty and had a clogged drain. When we attempted to use the pool/hot tub area, there were 4 adults playing extremely loud music that could be heard all the way out in the front area. Plus, they were drinking alcoholic beverages when it clearly stated not to in this area. They were behaving a bit inappropriate with each other for kids to be present. Thankfully, my children are a little older so they were not nearly as bothered. Another family with much younger children came into the pool area and attempted to allow their 2 young children swim, but due to the behavior of the other adults and music that was so loud that you could not hear each other talk, they did leave. Often times, the elevators smelled of marijuana, almost as if someone was smoking in it right before we entered. I do not feel this was worth the $171 I paid when I usually stay at other Hilton properties in much better condition.

Nice location. We have stayed there multiple times & each time it is a bit worse. Carpets very dirty. Bathrooms leak all over tile.. even bathtub. Bed bases very stained & chairs stained with dirt.

This hotel was only marred by the traffic noise. The staff were lovely the breakfast excellent and the pool looked very good. The traffic noise and the lack of sufficient methods to quieten the room

There was not a complimentary coffee area which I found inconvenient.

Great location with a pool and hot tub. Very nice rooms. Great food options, cost of meals is not included with the room but was very high quality. There are also a few good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The property itself was clean, and staff was super friendly and welcoming. The hotel was close to many stores and the highway, making it easy for us to get to where we wanted to, for our daily travels.

My breakfast was terrible - ordered from the menu- couldn’t eat it- it was comped by the waitress… which was lovely

Multiple employees said they did not have a box fans for guests to use (I need a fan to sleep) however, when I texted the property and employee named Ed said that they did have a box fan so I was told by three people no and I was told by Ed yes. You did end up having a fan I can use so it would be nice to train everybody properly to know what you don’t do have for guests. The bathroom and the hotel room has mold on the ceiling. That’s very noticeable probably because you have no ventilation in the bathroom.

Staff was nice but honestly $3.25 for tea and coffee per cup was to much for me on top of the price of the room Also two bottles of water in the room they are charging 3 bucks a piece for
