For a hotel that is supposed to be so highly rated, not sure why there wasn't a remote for the TV.

Breakfast needs some help. The food selection was great. However, the hot food was not very good. The bacon was tasteless and oily. The ham tastes awful. Ither than that everything was good.

Very nice but they offer free airport shuttle but is misleading in ad because it's only from 6 am to 9 pm. Should be 24 hrs due to tremendous cancelation on night flights!!

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt parked and entered the building. Their were people coming out of the building who were smoking and made me very uncomfortable. Upon entering the lobby was shabby and I did not get a feeling of welcome or being clean. I left the building returned to my car locked my doors and booked a different hotel.

Bed was comfortable The shower, got wet every time I turn it on. Don’t like the design. The towels felt like cardboard. Very stiff!

Everything was great except there was no coffee available unless you paid for the breakfast service, which was the other complaint. Most hotels offer at least a continental breakfast for free.

We had a great stay and would stay here again next time in Denver.

The hostess was nice enough to cancel my stay over the phone but not nice enough to refund the fee so I got to pay for 2 rooms so I could get 4 hours of sleep before my re-routed flight. Make sure you double check the address of your stay, the shuttles at the Denver airport are confusing at best. It would have been worth my time to pay 500 for a room at the attached hotel after all.

Everything was great except the ceiling paint over the bath/shower was peeling badly.

We had an OK time there. But me and my wife got back to her home and she had bug bites on her legs and arms. We had some black ants in the room.

The staff was very responsive to my needs!

Room was clean and big and comfy My brother got hives from the hot tub and the showers are kinda small compared to the rest of the room
