Broken furniture in room, breakfast was okay, staff very friendly.

Jonathan at the front desk was so helpful! I asked for a room in the top floor and he was so accommodating :⁠-⁠) the room was clean, seems new and very well taken care of, the breakfast was decent and the location is perfect! I'd stay here again! The room was so spacious and the bathroom amenities were helpful as I forgot to pack body wash.

It had rained and the floor was supper soaked. I let staff know and they did bring towels to help with the wet carpet. We weren't provided another room but i believe it was a full hotel.

Beds were clean but a bit soft. A/c worked but a bit off (quite cold to not enough). Breakfast sausages made my autistic son's morning. And staff was very understanding with him stimming. Location is great. Quiet. Only downside was door on end was exit only..

The location The food

Room was not cleaned for the 6 nights: no sheets, no refills of coffee, creamer or coffee or plastic for water and no towels. However, I requested her to restore the coffee and she did pick up the trash, and put a fresh soap and hand towel and washcloth which was very nice.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had fluffy eggs and lots of toppings for oatmeal. Room clean, water hot, bed comfortable. My only suggestion is to replace a belt in the equipment next to the hot tub…it’s a little noisy.

Property was close to what we needed. Had things they said if would. Good breakfast. Our bathroom tub did not drain so you stood in water to take a shower. We did say something to the front but it did not change.

It was everything you would want and expect from your hotel stay. I particularly appreciate the small things like a quiet refrigerator and drapes that pull smoothly.

When we checked in the hotel didn't have our reservation through hotels.com, but Johnathan and the other man working the front desk(sorry, I didn't get his name) worked hard to fix the situation. The room was spacious and clean, and well worth the price we paid. The hotel was in a nice area and convenient to many things. The breakfast was great.

Also, they missed cleaning our room twice during our stay.

Beds were comfortable and clean, ac worked great and the water pressure was awesome. The hot tub does make the floors shake when turned on, but they have pool hours so the disturbance stops at 10 pm sharp and doesn't start back up until 10 am. Breakfast has a lot of good options! Overall, would stay again. Good value

The Internet was down so we couldn't check in. The clerk tried to be helpful, but it was 9pm after a long day so we went somewhere else.
