Breakfast is good. The hotel was clean a nice stay

The staff is amazing the place is safe and clean, no issues with parking space and the breakfast is delicious

Room didn't have a microwave oven. The guy at the front desk said none of the rooms have a microwave. Room was very basic, almost sterile. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was what a lot of hotels give for free breakfast- eggs, potatoes, sausage, muffins, oatmeal, waffles, and fruit. For the price, not wanting to go back.

I requested an accessible room and I got one—sort of. Had I needed the space there was plenty if I had a wheelchair. The shower was available and for me it felt safe. My biggest concern is that this room was not ADA compliant. Perhaps there needs to be an indication that accessible and ADA compliant are not synonyms.

Very clean and helpful staffs

Great staff and breakfast was excellent!

Put us in a wheelchair accessible room. On the fifth floor just a question but shouldn’t they be on the first floor? Hopped in the shower and it took a good 2 minutes for the water to warm up past lukewarm. It finally got pretty warm but not hot enough for my liking. Two coffee and one hot water machines in lobby. Hot water was warm at most. Disappointing after a long drive and ready for some relaxation before sleeping.

It was clean. And breakfast was great!

Our shower and bathroom floor had not been cleaned well. Hair in the shower and I'm honestly not sure what was on the bathroom floor. But yuck!

Everything is good place stuff We like everything

No microwave in room. Integrated quilt, top sheet and cover required sleeping with the quilt which required us to keep the AC set to 60 at night to keep from sweating profusely. Really sucked. Used to love Hampton Inns but probably won't stay there again.

The room was super comfortable and clean. The hotel was nice and quiet and centrally located to everywhere we needed to go. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

It's in a perfect location for our needs. Staff is great. Room is clean and updated.

Great place to stay

Beautiful hotel right off the highway. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of options. I loved the waffles which had traditional and specialty flavors (red velvet one day and berry another day). The only complaint is the shower in our room had hardly any pressure.

Tv didn’t work

My room was fully prepaid before arrival, so there should not have been any unexpected room charges at check-in. However, the front desk agent charged an additional $250 to my credit card without any explanation. When I noticed the charge and asked what it was for, I was told it was only a temporary authorization and that it would be refunded later. After my credit card statement became available, I confirmed that the $250 had been posted as an actual charge and was never refunded. I called the hotel to resolve the issue and was told that the front desk had made a mistake. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was even more disappointing than the incorrect charge. The staff member I spoke with repeatedly stated that she was not a manager and therefore could not help. She offered no apology for the error, no ownership of the situation, and made no effort to connect me with someone who could resolve it. As a result, I had no choice but to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Mistakes can happen, but charging a guest without explanation and then failing to address the issue professionally is unacceptable. This experience left me with serious concerns about the hotel’s billing practices and customer service.

Mattresses had nasty stains on them. Beds/mattresses squeaked with any movement. Toilet paper holder barely attached to the wall. Toilet paper would not stay on the holder.
