It was clean. And breakfast was great!

Our shower and bathroom floor had not been cleaned well. Hair in the shower and I'm honestly not sure what was on the bathroom floor. But yuck!

The room was super comfortable and clean. The hotel was nice and quiet and centrally located to everywhere we needed to go. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Great place to stay

Beautiful hotel right off the highway. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of options. I loved the waffles which had traditional and specialty flavors (red velvet one day and berry another day). The only complaint is the shower in our room had hardly any pressure.

Tv didn’t work

My room was fully prepaid before arrival, so there should not have been any unexpected room charges at check-in. However, the front desk agent charged an additional $250 to my credit card without any explanation. When I noticed the charge and asked what it was for, I was told it was only a temporary authorization and that it would be refunded later. After my credit card statement became available, I confirmed that the $250 had been posted as an actual charge and was never refunded. I called the hotel to resolve the issue and was told that the front desk had made a mistake. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was even more disappointing than the incorrect charge. The staff member I spoke with repeatedly stated that she was not a manager and therefore could not help. She offered no apology for the error, no ownership of the situation, and made no effort to connect me with someone who could resolve it. As a result, I had no choice but to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Mistakes can happen, but charging a guest without explanation and then failing to address the issue professionally is unacceptable. This experience left me with serious concerns about the hotel’s billing practices and customer service.

Mattresses had nasty stains on them. Beds/mattresses squeaked with any movement. Toilet paper holder barely attached to the wall. Toilet paper would not stay on the holder.

Breakfast staff excellent

Got to the hotel and they gave me a 3rd floor room. So much for dog friendly room on first floor. My dog had never been in an elevator before. She did okay on the ride but there was no convenience of being on the 3rd floor. Especially having to go out in the middle of the night. Also, there was an extremely small grass area. The bulk of the landscaping is sand and dirt and is not ideal for dogs used to grass. $75 additional is fine for having a first floor room when having a dog and a nice grass area for the dog but is an excessive charge when you can’t be on first floor and the grass area is minimal. Extremely disappointed that my request on the online booking and follow up phone call meant absolutely nothing. If your dog travels with you, I believe you will also be disappointed and dissatisfied if you stay here.

Nice place; great breakfast

The room was in excellent condition and had fully stocked shampoo, conditioner and soap bottles in the bathroom. The breakfast was a bit better than the typical free breakfast, but seemed to be stocked well when I went in to grab coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Great job!! very nice hotel. It was clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice TV very well laid out. Will stay there again on my return trip home from business.

I was in room 102 and I realize that it's a handicap room, but the shower does NEED a shower curtain. It gets water ALL over the floor. And also the rooms needs a microwave. I don't know the last time I stayed at a Hotel that didn't have a microwave. Thank you

We had a last-minute check-in and the room was available and clean. The staff was very helpful and informative. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants.

Great sleep… comfortable and quiet. Though it looks new, some things had fallen off the walls. Front desk charged me twice, but manager apologized after I checked twice with them and showed them my credit card statement.
