I had one of the best stays at this hotel, me and my goddaughter decided to take a little getaway trip and your hotel did not disappoint! The room was perfect. The bathrooms were very clean and the layout of everything was impressive, the location was very convenient to get around and we had everything we needed! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! We will be back soon!

The cleanliness of the hotel is declining. (I lodged at Reisdence Inn monthly for business trip) .I noticed that there are hairs in the shower stall and dust and hairs on the carpet this time. The bathroom sink is clogged too.

There was road noises outside our room, and there was an electrical issue in the room, but other than that, it was good.

bed was very uncomfortable compared to most residence inns, mattress was caving in and the mattress pad did not correct it, just made it mushy at breakfast the only fruit options were mealy apples and rotten oranges

The was nice and big and everything was clean and comfortable, however the bed was too soft with no support at all that it was hard to fall in sleep. The bed is the most important piece of a hotel room. I hope they can improve that.
