The complimentary breakfast was okay, but nothing memorable. There were a few options to choose from. One thing I noticed was a significant homeless population in the surrounding area. While I didn't have any direct issues, it did make the area feel less comfortable, especially when coming and going after dark. The walls were also fairly thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was easy to hear. The elevator was slow. and loud. The staff was generally polite, but service felt inconsistent depending on who was working. Overall, the hotel served its purpose, but between the dated condition, cleanliness concerns, and surrounding environment, I would probably look at other options before staying here again.

I would stay here again. Breakfast was good, eggs, waffles, sausage juices and muffins. Room was clean but the couch/hide a bed was not comfortable. We had to just sleep on it as a couch. Close to where we were going.

I did not stay. I spoke with the front desk and shared images from the room. The room was disgusting. There were multiple stains on the walls. 1 set of stains was pretty clearly blood stains. Another set of stains on the closet door appeared to be semen. There was a 3rd set of fluid based stains on a wall that I couldn't guess at what it was. The ottoman in the room had a very large stain in the middle that I would rather not imagine what caused it. In all this place is an absolute dump and you should remove it from listing on your site. The health department should be shutting this place down. I told the front desk when I checked out that expected to not be charged. I will dispute these charges to my last breath. This is the worst hotel room that I have ever seen.

Friendly service and atmosphere thank you

I knew it wasn’t going to be great, given we picked it for price on a packed Denver weekend. The amenities are so old and beat up, sketchy marks, liquids, and bugs on the walls. Had to hold up the shower drain because it won’t stay up to drain. The breakfast food was not great ( I mean, it’s a hotel, wasn’t expecting amazing). The staff was nice! It’s just run down and leaves you feeling a little, “icky.”

Everything was excellent

The breakfast was average at best. Eggs were try and obviously from a powder or something. Coffee was OK short on fruit. Small selection of items overall. Lobby area was very crowded small. Elevators were sketchy wondering if they were gonna get us to the floor or not. However, the rooms were clean, clean towels sheets. The cleaning staff did the best they could.

Breakfast was ok. Bacon was undercooked. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean, although towels were clean, they were old and worn. Bathtub plug wouldn’t stay open so I used a pen to keep it open and stop bathtub from filling up during shower. Hallways reeked of marijuana and there were loud noises in the hallways throughout the night. Slamming doors and loud speaking people.

No internet and no ESPN

The property was not filled with a bunch of homeless people in the parking lot. The building was maintained properly. There was very friendly staff thank you. The handicap parking spots weren’t on camera.
