InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Denver Aurora South

We arrived late in Denver so when arrived at the hotel we were told to come back in the morning as the hotel is closed! The attitude of the Spanish guy who was at the door.

I drove up and there were so many homeless folks around I did not feel safe. I turned around and cancelled the stay online. Based on the low rate, I know why the homeless were hanging out.

Exceptional

Convenience Bed was a mattress only, no box spring. Very noisy when you moved around. Floors were sticky. Towels were very thin and few, but did the job.

Staff very friendly and professional. Felt at ease and well taken care of.

Nothing about the property. It is a transient property for homelessness I didn’t stay and requested a refund. Smelled like urine and men wandering around. Do smoking residue in the atmosphere. Poor air quality just from the vestibule.

Nothing. Packed cars, cigarettes buds everywhere Packed cars, cigarettes buds everywhere. Needed to use the restroom while checking. Only 1 person checking people, there were 3 people in front of me. I had to wait almost 40 min for my turn at the counter for her to tell me they have no restrooms until you check in

From jump I pulled up and immediately heard other guest talking about I am leaving I wouldn't check in if I were you., especially since you have a daughter with you. This place has never changed yea maybe the beds and the furniture but not the facility

Modern and clean studio apartment. Ideal for longer stays on a budget. I got the impression most people were living here long term 30+days. As long as you dont have hotel level expectations and understand its more of a self catering apartment, you won't be disappointed. Excellent transport links to the airport. Black Bear Diner 10 minute walk away! No cookware, no toaster, just a hob and microwave. bring your own!

DONT! They have homeless people staying in the same place as paying customers. There is no staff after 7 pm, until 11 am the next morning. Thus, it is party time after they leave, and no one to call to help!! Then, checking out before the staff arrives in the morning is almost impossible. It is 6 pages of paperwork to rent the room, and if you need another roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for it! No kitchen items. The "residents" living there stated, "The cops come by at least 2 times a night, and they only found 4 stolen cars last night." Yeah, lock your cars and cover whatever you have in your car, in case it gets broken into. Better yet, stay somewhere else.

Drunk people walking around outside and nobody was at the front desk when I tried to check in, so I had to book a different hotel.

Good staff clean and safe from homelessness. It’d be better for short-term stays than one night stays

It was ok but one of the managers call me a liar and hand a bad attitude it was an Asian lady

Rude staff, did not have the room we reserved, had to buy an air mattress for my son to sleep on, dirty room, smelled like cigarettes and weed throughout the hotel. Do not stay.
