It’s close to my job I can hear raccoons in the walls , trash in the halls , smells in the hallway

I actually rented a room for a lady that was being abused by her husband and his friends. She didn’t have id couldn’t put her on the room. The lady at the check-in was not friendly at all and neither was the relief that followed. Then the next day they insisted on checking the room totally rude then my credit card was charged an extra $50 after the checkout day, I wouldn’t recommend anybody staying there.

When booking, their recording said all rooms are handicapped accessible but I had to buy grab bars for the tub, a riser for the toilet. The hotel itself is not accessible. There are wide cracks between the sidewalks and the ramps to go down.

We arrived late in Denver so when arrived at the hotel we were told to come back in the morning as the hotel is closed! The attitude of the Spanish guy who was at the door.

nice place to stay.

I drove up and there were so many homeless folks around I did not feel safe. I turned around and cancelled the stay online. Based on the low rate, I know why the homeless were hanging out.

Exceptional

Convenience Bed was a mattress only, no box spring. Very noisy when you moved around. Floors were sticky. Towels were very thin and few, but did the job.

Staff very friendly and professional. Felt at ease and well taken care of.

Nothing about the property. It is a transient property for homelessness I didn’t stay and requested a refund. Smelled like urine and men wandering around. Do smoking residue in the atmosphere. Poor air quality just from the vestibule.

Nothing. Packed cars, cigarettes buds everywhere Packed cars, cigarettes buds everywhere. Needed to use the restroom while checking. Only 1 person checking people, there were 3 people in front of me. I had to wait almost 40 min for my turn at the counter for her to tell me they have no restrooms until you check in

From jump I pulled up and immediately heard other guest talking about I am leaving I wouldn't check in if I were you., especially since you have a daughter with you. This place has never changed yea maybe the beds and the furniture but not the facility

DONT! They have homeless people staying in the same place as paying customers. There is no staff after 7 pm, until 11 am the next morning. Thus, it is party time after they leave, and no one to call to help!! Then, checking out before the staff arrives in the morning is almost impossible. It is 6 pages of paperwork to rent the room, and if you need another roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for it! No kitchen items. The "residents" living there stated, "The cops come by at least 2 times a night, and they only found 4 stolen cars last night." Yeah, lock your cars and cover whatever you have in your car, in case it gets broken into. Better yet, stay somewhere else.

Drunk people walking around outside and nobody was at the front desk when I tried to check in, so I had to book a different hotel.

It was ok but one of the managers call me a liar and hand a bad attitude it was an Asian lady
