Check-in was quick and easy. I was happy to see the pool which was clear and clean. Although our room did not include a kitchenette, our room which was meticulously clean and cool. We're glad we made the choice to stay here. Motel 6 Aurora Co

I had to cancel my reservation, pictures of the hotel online completely different to reality. I didn’t feel safe to spend the night there

Nasty property with drug addicts everywhere

Air conditioning was falling off the wall in unit 160 and in unit 163 the people next door kept going out to smoke constantly and since the smoke tray was next door it reeked of cigarette.

I had probably the worst hotel experience I've ever here. I reserved a hotel through Expedia and planned to pay when I got there. It was supposed to be $170. When I got to the hotel, the front desk person said he couldn't find my reservation. He ended up finding it and then told me that the double queen room that I reserved was not available and that expedia doesn't check those kinds of things. I showed him the reservation on my phone and explicitly said I was staying two nights, which he also saw in the reservation on my email. He said he would help me and book it through their system and that I would have to take a double bed room with smaller beds for $118. That actually worked out great for me and I said yes. The next morning I left for the day and when I came back, all my stuff was gone. Obviously I was scared that my stuff got stolen and I went to the front desk to ask where my stuff was. The staff was extremely rude and told me that I only booked one night and that they called me all morning, which they didnt, I hadn't received any call from anyone that day. They made me go to my stuff from the laundry room and pay another $118 for another day. I ended up paying $50 more and had the worst customer service I've ever seen. They were unprofessional, gave me attitude, where lacking empathy and blamed me when it was the person that I checked in with that messed up. Never again.

There was trash everywhere on the property, but especially on the walkways. If you use the laundry, bring extra fresheners because it will leave your clothes smelling funky. The girl at the front counter was nice.

Given the price point, this property was what you could expect. Although much was well worn, our room was clean, the bed comfortable and they obviously try and keep up with maintenance but a lot is patched. The location is good with many places to walk to for food & shopping. The only super negative comment is how disrespectful guest are with the grounds & not picking up their poop and the very little effort by management to keep the outer areas clean. If you come there with a dog, be careful as there is lots of poop & debris (including glass) in the dog area behind the motel. I wouldn’t recommend anything more than a quick overnight.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke so bad. I couldn’t breathe and they didn’t have another room to give me. Very dirty rooms, filthy floors, toilets and showers. Dogs were constantly barking in the rooms. Also dog poop everywhere outside.

everything! no bad comments

I liked the woman whom checked me in and I think her name started with a d. Besides that it was dirty and I had to fix the toilet to flush. Also when I checked out the woman just blew me off and I'm still waiting for my refund.

The Motel 6 was in transition (was previously a Quality Inn). The registration system was not completely integrated, so we were given keys to a room with occupants already there--which was a shock to both the occupants and us. The receptionist was quick to remedy this, but it left a sour taste. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no coffee grinds for the in room coffee machine. Management and housekeeping had no coffee pods available.
