Dave was very helpful at check in. The room was clean and quiet. Lovely stay.

It was a "Continental" breakfast. However, the biscuits were crumbly (day old or more) and the sausage gravy was barely warm and lacked flavor. Bed was hard. Shower water pressure good. Clean room.

Hotel is much improved with recent renovation to the rooms and public areas. Nice place to stay and the staff is very helpful.

We had a very nice stay with our grand daughter. Walking distance to Perkins restaurant for supper and a nice hot continental breakfast in the morning before hitting the road.

The Bad: The morning complimentary breakfast was the worst. Biscuits were rock hard, gravy cold. Eggs are out of the box, like eating some kind of jello. Muffins are little tiny blobs left over. No Coffee until about the 5th person complained. Three guys running the place were having a good time laughing and talking. No Judgement here but one loud family at breakfast, dad with tattoos, long beard, dirty tank top, overweight, told his kids to shut the f___ up. We left.

# 1 the staff is nothing less then brilliant & beautiful people! The accommodations are wonderful, clean and comfortable and the beds are excellent. Literally two minutes from the interstate. You won’t be disappointed. Everything!

The Austin location has had a make over since our last visit. Everything looked fresh and bright, very welcoming and comfortable. I like how the Waffle maker was customizable to make 1 to 4 mini waffles, No more wasted food!

Beds were a little soft for our liking, but still comfortable. Bathroom in 2 queen room was TINY.

I would have given a 5 star except that the towels were stained . So didnt feel clean sink wasnt cleaned either under the rim so looks moldy
