Booked a single queen room and the room had a double bed. Also had 2 dogs with me for 2 nights and they charge $20 per dog per night and that was not what I was told when I called and asked. The bathroom in the room didn’t have hand soap for washing your hands.

The check-in was rough, because a member of staff was lounging in the entryway, and I had to wait an uncomfortable amount of time for someone to check me in. There was a distinctive strong odor of food cooking. The breakfast area was crowded, and had stacks of boxes stored there. I had to wait again to check out the next morning. The only good factor was that our room was updated, clean, and very comfortable.

The room was clean but had a cleaning odor that caused me to become congested. The air conditioner was loud and barely kept the room cool. Everything else was good. It was fine for a one night stay.

In my experience, the air conditioner didn't work; they replaced it with another unit that was dirty, and the smell of burning was unbearable. We were offered two fans, but they were never enough for the room's climate. The TV didn't work until the third day. The fridge was unplugged, and the cord was completely out of reach. My mother had to act as the maintenance person, moving the furniture to plug it in, only to find that it didn't cool properly. dirty room. but no option the new room the hotel by them was busy.

The price was reasonable. The location was good. Our room had been updated and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had the typical hotel items (waffles, toast, cereal) but also offered biscuits and sausage gravy which was filling. My only complaint is the noise from the hallway. At 5:30 a.m. it sounded like people were in our room talking loudly. By 6:00 a.m. there were lots of doors closing which were also quite loud in our room. If we stay again, I will request a room at the far end of the hall where there may be less traffic.

It's very clean and quiet. There is ample parking. Good places to eat and even some shopping spots are within walking distance. But if we need to drive somewhere, it's a good central location. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
