The room was very comfortable and clean. There was no sign or message that the room wouldn’t be cleaned every day. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was no attendant at happy hour I just left and got my own. There was no one at the front desk when I checked in or out.

The breakfast is terrible. Stay here for comfortable room and bed. Eat elsewhere.

Very Nice place to stay and if you what to check out something in Austin, Minn. go check out the Spam Museum it's pretty cool. Very nice town to population of 26,689 people.

Fair selection but hard to keep stocked with food. Coffee out, milk and yogurt gone, maybe refilled after we left?

We had a suite which was perfect since we stayed more than one night. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the carpet was damp from being cleaned which gave the room an overall clammy feeling.

My room was not cleaned. Next day had to request multiple items that are provided when the room is cleaned.

The TV didn’t work in the room, the front desk staff was determined to get it running and did temporarily anyway.

The bed was terrible. Very springy and soft. I haven't slept in a hotel bed that bad in a long time.

The room was clean. It was quiet. It's in a good location. The staff were nice. Easy parking. Kitchenette in room. Breakfast food was almost gone at 8:30 and there wasn't that much to choose from. I think the mattress may need to be replaced as it wasn't that comfortable. The whole building has a musty or moldy smell in it, especially the lobby area.

The pool was dirty there were various odors through out the hotel. Sewer and natural gas smell however the beds were comfortable.

Very clean and the only interaction was a check in lady for about 3 min then didn’t see her . The woman who prepared breakfast for everyone was awesome she definitely was on top of things very sweet . Barely seen anyone so not sure thats normal now-days

Bathtub was very slippery and one of our family members slipped and fell.

Very clean hotel. Conveniently located near restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

One tv remote is preferred. On a Saturday morning, the breakfast items ran out, I picked a moldy English muffin and coffee ran out.
