Had a very pleasant stay while in Austin. The rooms were very clean and the staff was great. It was my second time staying there and will definitely book a stay there again.

The pool is currently not working, breakfast was not at all what we expected. We have stayed at this particular locations several times over the years since they opened.

power went out twice in bathroom, but staff was prompt to correct the problems.

Over all experience was ok because of morning coffee and breakfast.

It was a comfortable three night stay. Clean, quiet and well maintained. This was not my first stay. I’ve stayed at least four times.

Staffing was minimal, no ice machine on the 3rd floor, the only ice machine on the 1st floor was out of order. The only staff member on duty at 4pm was very helpful but busy, the bed was very comfortable.

Stephanie was kind and helpful on the phone and at check-in. Breakfast was pretty good by this level of hotel standards. Bathrooms were clean. Overall pretty comfy. Convenient to a supermarket and several restaurant options as well as downtown Austin.

The lounge was a great place to visit with family. The lady working Saturday night June 6th is a sweetheart. Our TV didn’t work and she went beyond to help us out. Kiddos to her, Sorry I don’t remember her name.

The pressure isn't the greatest and the trim inside needs some paint. Rusty.

There was nothing hot left for breakfast. It took awhile for someone to come and then heat up the food. The waffle maker mixture was not refilled when I left.
