Very friendly and polite staff upon arrival. Comfortable clean room and breakfast was doable.

Well maintained facility!

We checked in right before 10:00pm which we came to find out is the time the front desk closes. We stayed in room 109. When we entered the room, it has a very strong cat pee smell which was almost unbearable. The AC was set to 67 and had a floral air freshner refill set on the air vent in an attempt to mask the smell which didn't help much. Being so late and probably the last available room since the sign said no vacancy, we just climbed into bed and deal with the odor. I'm allergic to cats and woke up very stuffed up with puffy and crusty eyes. My wife and I both found that the only way to manage the smell was to breathe through the sheet. The laundry detergent masks some of the cat pee smell. We ended up waking at 5:30 and showering in order to get out of the room early. Continental Breakfast was to start at 6:00am in the Lobby. We were there right at 6:00am. My wife attempted to try the biscuits and gravy. The gravy appears to have been in the crockpot since last night and well crusted over. Remember that the front desk was closed from 10pm-6am. My kids tried the cereal and that was stale. We ended up skipping the Continental breakfast and going to MacDonald across the road. Don't believe the 8.0 rating on hotels.com, there is no way this is more than a 1.0 rating. Worst hotel experience ever!

Exceptional

Best 2 things: price was OK and very convenient to come off I-90. The road construction was a temporary nuisance, but would not deter a future stay, I'd recommend it for those who aren't looking for a 5-star room. Breakfast- sufficient to hold one through morning hunger until a real meal later in the day.

Nothing Sheets were dirty, smell in the room was disgusting, blankets were stained. Outlets on the walls were exposed. Breakfast was a joke. You don’t get your own peanut butter or cream cheese, it’s one tub for everyone and whoever to use which is SO GROSS!! place was a dump and for $90 you might as well look for something else.

We were towing our camper and they had an extra parking area that worked perfectly. You could also just walk across the street for a few options of food to grab. They also had a nice area to eat outside, field to play in for the kids and a trampoline.

Disappointing

There was mold on the ceiling in our room. Staff were friendly but better attention must be maintained for the rooms. Mold could be dangerous.

the staffs are friendly and warm. and they serve ice, which is really helpful in summer.

Went to cancel our trip due to travel issues. I understand I needed to pay for the 1 night but got charged all 3. Complete nightmare trying to get money back. Talked with front desk and she said she would take care of it. But I guess not
