Aloft by Marriott Austin Northwest

Great stay overall but when I went to shower, the shower gel in the shower was empty. Thankfully they had the small bar of hand soap by the sink for the rescue.

The location was perfect. Short drive into Austin, short drive to my event in Georgetown, and lots of restaurants in the area.

Very hard and brittle and some towels had hair from someone else Also, all exterior doors make loud bang noise when closing due to the type of hardware and style of doors

Love Aloft in Cedar Park. We always stay here when visiting family. You never have to worry about anything because it is consistently clean, well kept and friendly staff.

There was a bunch of kids running around in the gym unsupervised for a few hours while the parents drank and played pool at the bar...The problem is I wanted to use the gym..which is right next to where the staff checks people in...You saw those kids running back and forth and allowed that place to be ghetto that night..

Maria at the front desk was great! We checked in quickly and she gave us all the info we needed regarding hotel amenities. The room was a bit cramped but still comfortable and clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was seamless. Check-out as well. I enjoyed the view, wasn't expecting much but got to see the interstate lol and the mall right nearby. I wish the hot tub was still there, I thought it looked like it still was.

This hotel was great for a family stay. It was a little further from the Austin city center than I realized, but the price was fair. They were in the middle of a renovation, but things were still clean and quiet. The room was spacious. The pool was clean. I wish each room had its own microwave, but there was one available in the lobby. The only other thing I did not like was that the bathroom door was one of those sliding doors that left a sizable gap that you could definitely see through. This seems to be a lot more common than I'd like in hotels these days.

I liked the bar, I like the indoor pool, and staff were nice. The room was okay, just didn't like the door leading to the other room. Loudness by neighbors, can hear running around by kids. Just wasn't a good second night stay. I feel like the walls shouldn't be so thin where you can't have a peaceful night.
