Aloft by Marriott Austin Northwest

This hotel is located at a very convenient location, with 20 minutes of drive to some of the most popular places in Austin. The property is new, clean and well maintained. The staffs were friendly and nice.

Great staff, restaurant and shopping all around the hotel. We enjoyed the in door pool and the pool table. One drawback is there were no comfortable chairs in the room.

Great location and staff. Room was clean and spacious.

Great stay overall but when I went to shower, the shower gel in the shower was empty. Thankfully they had the small bar of hand soap by the sink for the rescue.

The house keeping could improve

The location was perfect. Short drive into Austin, short drive to my event in Georgetown, and lots of restaurants in the area.

Location Bad service in regards to towels Very hard and brittle and some towels had hair from someone else Also, all exterior doors make loud bang noise when closing due to the type of hardware and style of doors

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The WIFI worked! The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the pool, breakfast and the free parking.
