La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin NW/Lakeline Mall

Very friendly staff, great vibes, and everything was clean. I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of nearby stores for shopping, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Shaun was very welcoming to us from the very beginning and was always friendly when we would walk in the door. Excellent location and reasonable price. It could be cleaner like any property.

Price Location

Great price, location is great, close to shopping, hospitals and public transportation to go downtown. Staff is very helpful and the star of the stay was the breakfast. Everyday they have a rotating menu of things they offer. Highly recommended!

The front desk team was AMAZING! They were friendly and quick to give recommendations. The breakfast was EXCELLENT!

Clean They had no key the room. Card machine not working. The elevator was not working. We had to use the stairs. My wife had surgery during the stay. That was not good.

The Hotel was clean and breakfast was awesome but very disappointed with the Ac. It didn't work well and kept making a loud noise

The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. My only issue is that the water didn't get as hot as I would have liked. It may be beyond their control or a regulation. It wasn't a deal breaker. This hotel is very nice, and the prices are reasonable. I do recommend and would stay again. And I love that they are pet-friendly! I'd give them bonus stars for that if I could! I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

Everything One of the tvs wasn’t working properly. Also when I tried to use airplay I was asked for a password that the front desk didn’t know.

The beds were really comfortable and the facility was clean. The breakfast was not as good. The last day of my stay food was late getting out for us to eat.

Rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast menu changes every day and is very good! The pool looked nice but we didn't try it out. Even though there was a Fire inspection everything was handled very well. Very good value for price The AC unit was a little loud at times. Minor scratches on the door and handles.

Got a decent rate last minute. near shopping mall & restaurants. 15-20 min drive from Mt Bonnel . My guest complained about a weird spell in the room & ice machine was out of order.
