Traveled with family and had a great overall experience. The room was comfortable, the pool was enjoyable, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The only downside was breakfast—the selection was somewhat limited, and it took a while for some items to be refilled. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

AC in room is motion activated so if you’re sleeping, it shuts off. Bathroom fan would not shut off unless we flipped the breaker. Pillows sucked. Lesson learned.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks, because we were displaced from our apartment due to water damage from an upstairs unit. We stayed on the 4th floor. It was quiet pretty much the entire time. We made many home-cooked meals in our room thanks to The kitchen. I would frequently walk to the train station, which was only a 15 minute walk and take it into downtown. It was only minutes away from Sam’s Club, Walmart, H-E-B, etc. The staff was always so nice and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was always hot and delicious. My husband and I really enjoyed our extended stay here, and frequently talk about how much we miss the hotel, even though it was under extenuating circumstances that we were there in the first place. Considering the amount of time we were there, I would venture to say it was probably one of the best hotel stays that we’ve ever had. Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Went for a kpop concert and wasn’t too far from the venue, all the stores and mall was also just a few minutes away.

The desk receptionist who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. And we loved all the options available for the free breakfast!!

Have stayed at this location many times traveling on business and never disappoints. Thank you.

The cleanliness, the distribution of the suite, the breakfast was fresh. The AC unit of the bedroom was not working. We reported and they provided us with a stand fan. I would have expected a change of the room or a discount on the rate, but it didn't happen. Anyways, the rest of the experience in the hotel was good.

Nice and convenient place to stay. No complaints! Room clean, staff nice, breakfast smelled good (we had to skip it.) Great location.

Great location, front desk staff is exceptional, Queen suite was spacious with a separate bedroom and separate closets. The full size kitchen with stovetop, microwave, fridge, cookware, utensils and coffee maker were exactly what I needed. Very nice pool, gym and outside BBQ area. Showerhead and microwave are difficult to reach if you're shorter than 5ft. Hubby had to help me. Cookware isn't nonstick and doesn't include a skillet to cook. Large suite with queen bed was hard for us to share. We're used to a king bed and for a room that size, it would have been better. Fridges in both rooms weren't properly cleaned so we cleaned ourselves. My group didn't enjoy breakfast although others seemed to be happy. Issues of running out of coffee, spills, hygiene behaviors of guests. Need hand sanitizer in breakfast area. Pool maintenance is questionable. Need to improve filter and cleaning schedule. Didn't smell chlorine at all. Lots of debris in pool from plants/vegetation. A group of guys brought loud speakers for their music so we left. Loud quests stomping over both rooms made it difficult to rest.
