**Bugs** in the room **no compensation for unusable days. **Unauthorized room access concerns room access practices unsafe and not properly controlled- practice of taking pictures of rooms without consent of the person who booked the room. **NOT family friendly— many homeless people roaming the parking lots, which made the area feel unsafe. **The halls and rooms smelled musty and unclean, as well as the smell of Marijuana use throughout. **Hotel/booking response:** The hotel management were less than helpful. If you’re traveling with family or want a safe, clean place to stay, I strongly recommend choosing a different property. Rooms were Musty smelling and venting in room for using the cooking facilities didn't help to prevent the room from smelling like a kitchen- useless. Homeless roaming the parking lots and drug use in parking lot.

The room needs a lot of maintenance and touch ups. Damaged Sheetrock. Water damage on ceiling in room. 3 small roaches found throughout the night. Definitely needs some improvement but for the price it’s not too bad.

Excellent minus the mid guidance of where the washer and dryer are located unless I miss heard staff.

They don't serve breakfast. Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Room was Clean and had all the basics.

I rented a room for a friend for a month. They entered his room when he wasn’t there, and found a weed pipe, asked him to leave immediately 2 weeks in. Cool, your property - your rules. However they refuse to refund the extra 2 weeks of paid time for that room tha was never used because of this. If you want to sue him for extra money, go for it. But dont steal it from me - someone who was never even there. A refund would be nice.

Nothing I didn’t even get to stay there! The computer was down! I waited 3hrs to talk to someone and she hung up on me!! I want my money back!!

Clean and it was nice for a long stay

It was be nice if breakfast was offered. Also if management would have stricter rules on ppl smoking weed on the premises. At least 3 times I saw ppl smoking weed outside and also smelled it in the hallway when going to my room.

The property was never able to check me in. The property stated that the virtual card that Expedia sends them was not working. Terrible experience, still yet to receive my refund.

Staff was nice. Carpet was filthy. Walls were dirty. No bugs were seen. Under the sunk was dirty. Tile in bathroom was coming up. No pots, pans, cups or any essentials of any kind. No housekeeping if staying less than 14 days. No towels, linens or trash pickup. .
