The privacy, the price. The location. The room could have been better cleaned.

Extremely dirty rooms... bathroom vents covered in thick lint... ac can't be turned down or up... TV didn't work... floors and walls filthy... and lots of homeless hanging out all over the outside and inside the property... smelled like weed the whole 3 days we stayed there... just NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY At

The lady at front desk was very helpful, But the property was not clean. The elevators smelt so bad I had to cover my mouth with my shirt sleeve. The room was very old and equipment was rusted. The room was vacuumed but everything was grimy and need a real cleaning.

You literally get what you paid for here which is sad because the reviews seemed decent enough. Water in the elevator that was random, the bathtub leaks everywhere, the beds aren't worth it and the water quality in the actual facility is horrific tasting. Won't be back again tbh...

Coackroaches in the room. Very old dated hotel. We had to move to another hotel. Too noisy.

**Bugs** in the room **no compensation for unusable days. **Unauthorized room access concerns room access practices unsafe and not properly controlled- practice of taking pictures of rooms without consent of the person who booked the room. **NOT family friendly— many homeless people roaming the parking lots, which made the area feel unsafe. **The halls and rooms smelled musty and unclean, as well as the smell of Marijuana use throughout. **Hotel/booking response:** The hotel management were less than helpful. If you’re traveling with family or want a safe, clean place to stay, I strongly recommend choosing a different property. Rooms were Musty smelling and venting in room for using the cooking facilities didn't help to prevent the room from smelling like a kitchen- useless. Homeless roaming the parking lots and drug use in parking lot.

The room needs a lot of maintenance and touch ups. Damaged Sheetrock. Water damage on ceiling in room. 3 small roaches found throughout the night. Definitely needs some improvement but for the price it’s not too bad.

Excellent minus the mid guidance of where the washer and dryer are located unless I miss heard staff.

They don't serve breakfast. Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Room was Clean and had all the basics.

I rented a room for a friend for a month. They entered his room when he wasn’t there, and found a weed pipe, asked him to leave immediately 2 weeks in. Cool, your property - your rules. However they refuse to refund the extra 2 weeks of paid time for that room tha was never used because of this. If you want to sue him for extra money, go for it. But dont steal it from me - someone who was never even there. A refund would be nice.

Nothing I didn’t even get to stay there! The computer was down! I waited 3hrs to talk to someone and she hung up on me!! I want my money back!!
