Everything was good.

Everything I saw was clean and nice. Bathrooms excellent, loved the mattress. Lots of touches other hotels have started skimping on.

Honestly, the entire staff was excellent. The manager provided excellent customer service and was so kind to our family. Specifically my son. She was honestly amazing. Everything was great, no complaints here.

Everything was great except housekeeping came in the room without knocking. My significant was extremely upset with that but other than that everything was great. We'll stay there again

Clean and location. Air Conditioner controls didn’t work and room was cooler than I liked. Biggest complaint is that I arrived and was informed that they started charging for parking. $9.00 a day. Should have been informed at time of booking instead of it being sprung on the guest upon arrival.

Once you stepped into the lobby you noticed the cleanliness of the property. Friendly staff no long wait to check in.

The convenience that it was only 5 to 10 minutes away from the location we needed to be picked up from the bus station. The bed and the pillows can be a lot better please improve as my back and my neck are hurting and so is my wife’s. Wish there was complementary breakfast and/or why is there pay to park when we’re already paying for a hotel staying?
