Hotel is unclean and run down; the room was dirty, there were stains on the sheets and bugs in the bed, key card would not work and had to be replaced 4 times during a two-day stay

Stayed 4days 3nights… not once were we greeted not even with a simple hi or hello leaving or returning to the hotel. Staff really needs a lesson in simple manners.

Great hotel to stay in after a long day of travel. Staff was super friendly.

The breakfast buffet was very good. It wasn't a continental breakfast. 11.95 or 6.95 depending on what you have. Overall a great place to stay.

Average hotel. Nothing special. Breakfast is not included and must be added on to your room reservation or paid for separately. Huge portion sizes from the in-house kitchen. Food was good.

The attendant, Zoie, who checked me in, even helped me load my luggage onto the cart because of an injury. She provided me with a room close to the elevators so that I did not have to walk far. My room was cool and clean. Parking was close. I ordered from the grill on my first night and was surprised to find vegan options available. I thoroughly enjoyed the vegan burger and fries. Everything was easygoing.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!! The hotel is dated the rooms were dirty and the staff especially the manager were the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered with all my travels. I would absolutely recommend that you keep looking for something better and with polite and professional staff. If you decide to cancel your reservation good luck trying to get a refund because the manager will hang up on you several times before insulting you and finally unprofessionally telling you that the money will be returned. Terrible terrible experience!!!

Don’t know if it was just our room but there was no privacy screen on the window but the curtains did okay. Also, toilet paper was way under the sink which was different. Everything else was good.

Air conditioning was amazing, the staff were incredibly nice, and the location was right on the freeway which was nice. Wish the rooms were a little cleaner but besides that I loved my stay.
