Rooms were clean and amazing.

I liked the area, right off the freeway

It was great!

Don’t know if it was just our room but there was no privacy screen on the window but the curtains did okay. Also, toilet paper was way under the sink which was different. Everything else was good.

For everything.

Air conditioning was amazing, the staff were incredibly nice, and the location was right on the freeway which was nice. Wish the rooms were a little cleaner but besides that I loved my stay.

The room was nice and the front desk staff Zoey was so nice and welcoming!

The elevators weren’t working properly. So we took the stairs. The staff was great and inviting.

Good property, friendly staff, we had to switch rooms however due to a faulty bathtub.

Location was in a safe spot right next to a little pond walking trail, with security patrolling the nice area,.

Very bad customer service

I have no complaints. I just hope I'm able to get a refund for the 2nd night since I wasn't able to use it and had to leave early.

My check-in on Thursday was great. The young lady was very professional and noticed I had two reservations Thursday-Saturday and Saturday for one night. She made a note that I wanted to keep my same room for all three nights. Well Saturday is when my trip went downhill. The front desk lady called my room to say checkout was an hour ago. I mentioned I had Saturday night reserved also. She told me no I didn’t and due to I used a third party I have to checkout. She was very rude, I told her I will be down to show her my reservation. As I walked to the desk I notice she was was on the computer and found my reservation. The young man at the desk with her had his head down on the counter as if he was hungover. Not professional at all. As I showed the rude lady my reservation she never apologized for being rude. She just said I needed to provide card for incidentals. I was ok with that. My issue is her being unprofessional in her tone. Needless to say to say I’ve X this property off and will never stay here again when in Austin.

Very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. When I got to my room there was no toilet paper. Also there were stains in a lot of areas. Also my key would stop working after a certain amount of time
