The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. I was surprised at how nice the hotel was at the price point. Sheree was so kind and accommodating. She had excellent customer service. A great stay overall and great location

Overall the property was clean - downstairs lobby area and parking. The staff was very nice! However, my room needed paint, shower needed caucking, water stain on the ceiling and peeling wallpaper. Also, when I walked off the 3rd floor elevator, the floor spelled like mildew and so did my room. I wish you could smell the cleanliness of the hallway and room.

Nice and clean from the start. From the property, lobby, all the way to the rooms. Nice attentive staff, breakfast was good. Parking was easy and accessible on site.

Sheree King is an exceptional and she greeted us with superior hospitality. I suppose because of all the rain, this facility had a damp mildew aroma on my floor, other than that we had an excellent stay.

This is the second time I stay here, and it was pleasant. Everything was clean, and the employees are very friendly and polite. I recommend this hotel.

What a gem! Now, granted, we stayed on a Sunday night, but this is a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The location may not be great for everyone. The location was great for why we came to Austin. However, it appears to be located close enough to get where you need in Austin without having to be right in the middle of the bustle.

Amazing place. Staff was amazing as well in particular one. She was there when we first arrived and forgot to get her name. But she was very sweet and welcoming. Will come back to this place.

Sheree and the front end staff was amazing and very helpful! Sheree and Bernice help us out due to our room having a dirty shower and dirty towels. Staff helped resolve quickly!

The rooms were not clean. The HVAC system against the wall had mold. I requested to move to a different room, which the staff was kind enough to accommodate me. However, I experienced the same issue with mold in the new room. In addition, the vent in the restroom was extremely dusty. The shower also had pink bacteria present, along with mold stains. Due to the mold exposure, I experienced fatigue, a bad headache, and chest pains.
