Been coming here 4 summers in a row with our grandkids as a part of our yearly tradition.. They love the pool, VW bug, big rooms, and we love the waffles.

Clean room and updated. Good staff

When I booked, I specifically requested a top-floor room and was told that request would be honored. Instead, we were placed on the third floor. The floors are extremely thin, and the guests above us, including a child running late into the night, made it impossible to sleep. After multiple calls to the front desk with no resolution, we insisted on a room change. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. The hallway and room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and marijuana, and the room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. By then it was after 1:00 a.m., so we had no choice but to stay. The next morning, I asked if we could have a top-floor room for our second night since our two-night stay was prepaid through Expedia. The front desk employee was very apologetic but couldn't guarantee one. Rather than risk another sleepless night, we left early and forfeited the cost of the second night because the hotel couldn't refund an Expedia reservation. The property also appeared poorly maintained, with cushions scattered outside and an unclean-looking pool area. The gym was hot and missing equipment. The only positive was the front desk staff. Everyone was friendly and tried to help. My frustration is with the property itself, the lack of soundproofing, and the failure to honor the confirmed room request. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to smoke odors, I'd stay elsewhere.

One of the highlights was the outstanding breakfast it was delicious and had plenty of options. They also had a happy hour area during the day where guests could grab drinks, which was a nice bonus. The pool area was amazing and even included basketball courts, making it a fun place to relax. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room stayed nice and cool throughout our stay. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in ATX!

There was roaches in my room and they moved us and it was hot even though we had it on 66

The pool is nice and well kept, the kids and adults had a good time swimming. The breakfasts were better during the week but all in all worth it. Really disliked driving to the hotel, but leaving the hotel is easy to navigate and fine. There is a HEB and gas station close by and some kind of corner store. I would for sure stay in this hotel again. The staff were great too but I dont understand why the front desk clerk can’t have a stool to sit on while they wait between check ins/outs. Seems unnecessary for them to stand the entire time. But all in all a great hotel and really well run. Only other complaint is the booking is for 6 people but there are not 6 pillows and not 6 towels. Small complaint easily fixed by asking at the front desk.

Very helpful staff. The property is in a desirable place with easy access to a major highway. Clean rooms. My room temperature did not adjust to the desired temp when I tried to adjust it. Other than that, it was a good one night stay.

We had the best time here. The room was great. I loved the mini kitchen. There was a nice breakfast and happy hour. The best part for the kids was the pool and out door area. Very nice fitness room also.

Great experience

The rooms were big and clean! Great for a family who is staying a few days! Pool had no towels and trash around it, but it was the end of the day, so probably understandable. Area around the hotel felt safe, no issues with parking, and close to a grocery store so you can have snacks in the full size refrigerator! We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and we appreciated having a kitchen in the room, which made our stay even more convenient. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
