The rooms were big and clean! Great for a family who is staying a few days! Pool had no towels and trash around it, but it was the end of the day, so probably understandable. Area around the hotel felt safe, no issues with parking, and close to a grocery store so you can have snacks in the full size refrigerator! We will stay here again!

We had an exceptional breakfast too ! I stayed one night but will come again. I think the property should consider having safe boxes to lock in some jewellerys etc..in future.

The property was not only beautiful but very clean and well kept. All the amenities were accessible and well advertised as well as for a great value. The staff was amazing especially the janitorial staff working the breakfast shift as well as the front desk clerk. Nothing

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and we appreciated having a kitchen in the room, which made our stay even more convenient. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

There was poor customer services trash cans full. Didn't get any rest noise level was crazy. Breakfast was horrible and shut down early

To make matters worse, the room keys did not work. I had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed, and even after being issued new key cards, those did not work either. We are now more than two hours past the advertised check-in time and still unable to access our room. After a long day of travel, especially with a family, this level of service is completely unacceptable. The delays, lack of communication, and repeated issues accessing the room have made for an extremely frustrating experience and a very poor first impression. I would appreciate an immediate resolution and an explanation as to how this situation occurred, as well as consideration for appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.
