Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin Downtown

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms and good location.

Nice clean room with massive shower

Very nice accommodation and perfectly located for downtown entertainment and shopping areas.

The staff and secure elevators were the only good thing about this property. No heads up about check-in closing at midnight, zero water pressure in shower, stiff bed. There were earplugs on the nightstand because the freeway noise came through the windows. Parking structure had no arrows / signs for direction.

Exceptional

Clean, cnvenient location for UT, but the $45 overnight parking fee is not clearly disclosed at booking.

Nothing was disclosed when we booked the room that there was a $45/day parking fee -- not valet parking, self-parking. Deceptive advertising. We canceled our reservation and ended up staying at a nearby hotel.

Excellent service good breakfast clean room

Yes the website said this hotel ? offered a full complimentary breakfast but it didn’t. Just a continental breakfast.

The stay was so nice and not that crowded! Parking was a bit tight in the garage but everything else was great!

What is it about so many hotels have two elevators but only one works. Especially on a crowded weekend. Other than that the stay was great.

The staff was amazing. The gentleman who checked me in, his name was Washington, and he made sure that my check in was a great experience. Kudos to him.

Everything was nice and clean, and the breakfast was very good, with a good variety and everything very fresh. We had a great stay!

Great staffs

It did not have a pool. Since they can’t add a pool they need to make a deal for people to use a sister property.

Excellent place the only expensive aspect was the $45 parking charge per day.

Front desk can do better

Great.

Exactly what you would expect from a Fairfield Inn. Comfortable and clean room. Not a lot of frills, but no price tag to go along with it. The check in and check out was easy. The breakfast as also “good enough.”

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I prepaid for parking on Expedia and was still charged 45 dollars for parking by the property. DO NOT SELECT THE PARKING SPECIAL!
