Location is fantastic. Great accommodation and amenities.

Roost was a awesome stay , the only complaint that I have is the parking situation. There is no signage and it could be a bit confusing when first arriving at the property. There were multiple people having the same issue trying to find the location of the parking garage but other than that, the location is awesome and I would definitely stay again.

From the moment I checked in until the time I checked out everything was amazing! The room and amenities were clean and the staff was professional. The location was perfect! I could not have asked for a better hotel for our concert night at The Moody Center with Ella Langley!

Missing gas service was an unwelcome problem much like the associated cold shower, the issue was neighboring and not the property. Thankfully that got resolved within a day. The front desk seemed a bit unorganized, new payment systems, missing information about amenities and lack of consistency in communication. Overall it’s a solid place with a great location.

The property is beautiful and the staff was helpful unfortunately we did not have any hot water, which was an inconvenience during our stay. Finding a parking spot in the building was also a headache

The one bedroom apartment was plenty big for my husband and me. We enjoyed the property location and the in-unit washer and dryer. Next time we are in Austin, this will absolutely be our home away from home.

Unfortunately, our room was disappointing. It had a strong pet odor, and the rugs were old, worn, and in poor condition. The elevators were extremely slow, which was frustrating, especially when carrying luggage or trying to get around the property. For the price, this hotel was extremely expensive and did not provide the quality or experience we expected. If you are looking for a place with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer, this may be a good fit. However, if you are looking for a comfortable stay while visiting Austin, I would recommend looking elsewhere. To make matters worse, there was loud music playing until 1 a.m., making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations.

Felt like home away from home and the location was perfect! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay on Rainey St, except when your ready for bed the music is loud till 2am other than that it was terrific!

We had such a fun weekend here! Everything you need is walking distance and the amenities were a huge plus. Wake up and grab an amazing coffee and later hang out by the pool or enjoy some good food and drinks at Amaya. Can’t wait to be back soon!

The room feels like somewhere you can stay for a longer time and the toiletries are a stand out. The amenities are amazing, we used the pool and the business center during our stay. I will stay here again.

For those interested in Austin night life. Walking distance to restaurants, mainly in other hotels and coffee shops. Pool was very nice with nice views.

Amazing stay! Right in the middle of all the action so no need to travel for a night out but also super peaceful with everything you need including a rooftop pool right there. Great experience super clean and staff was super nice and helpful!
