Beautiful view, right in the heart of Rainey. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is really only with the staff coming off as pretentious. The amenities were a nice touch.

These rooms are very nice. It is LOUD here, so be aware it’s going to be noisy on the weekend with the bars on the street. The pool on the 12 floor was gorgeous. Note that the “bar” at the pool is affiliated with the restaurant on property next to the pool and doesn’t open until the evening for dinner. Disappointing. Loved the room’s washer and dryer and full kitchen— including good coffee, though you might still need the yummy coffee from downstairs. I’d probably would stay here again.

Possibly my favorite hotel stay. The property, the staff, the amenities.. everything was excellent! If I had one con, it'd be how comfortable the bed was because we had a hard time leaving it. Honestly debated extending our stay because of how great this hotel was. Unlike any other for the price I paid. Will definitely be my go to in Austin!

Roost Rainey is so good. Our apartment with balcony was fantastic with a great view of the pool and Lady Bird Lake. Clean, spacious and tastefully finished. The pool, gym, fitness classes were all great. We could not recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a place to stay in Austin look no further. Roost Rainey is the one

The room was very nice. Had a nice size balcony. The bed was nice. I love the shower. The kitchen was a pretty decent size. The staff was extremely nice a lot of great places to go out to eat near by wish that the parking was more easier to get to, but other than that, it was a pretty nice hotel will go back again in the future

Perfect location for getting around Austin, excellent facilities in the room, the pool was the perfect setting to enjoy the afternoon sun.

Stayed here for a two day trip. The area is very nice with lots to do within walking distance. The parking garage was difficult to find at first but the front desk staff gave a helpful instruction card to find it. The garage is quite narrow so be aware driving wider vehicles. The room was clean with lots of amenities. Our bed was a bit creaky on the first night and ended up caving in on the second night. One of the slats had broken but it was an easy fix. We loved being able to cook and have fridge space!

The staff was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful and parking was secure. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Everything was good , 5/5 highly recommended. Amenities and staff were very helpful. I loved it staying again when visiting Austin.
-
Clean. With lots of amenities. Only gripe is that it was very loud even on a high floor due to street noise.
-
Fantastic location. Lots of activity in the street at night but you could no hear it in the room. Walked all over the place and felt safe.

Staying at Roost Rainey was so nice! It was really well-priced for the area and the amenities included (and the room design felt so luxe and high-end!). It was so great staying in a "hotel" room that felt like an apartment for the weekend (full kitchen/fridge/appliances, washer & dryer, walk-in closet, balcony, pool, sauna, gym, etc). I loved being able to dry my swimsuit in the room before I left so I didn't travel with soggy wet clothes. The only downside is the shower pressure is SO low, it was impossible to wash my hair fully. I had to lean into the (very clean and large) kitchen sink to wash my hair using the spray-faucet. Luckily I have friends in town and could also use their shower if I need to. But otherwise, great stay and would come again.

There is a washer and dryer so short convenient to have that alongside full kitchen with Appliances and fridge. The pool and red light amenities make the stag extraordinary.

Beautiful apartment hotel- we came for a girls weekend and chose it for the pool. The pool was beautiful but admittedly really crowded and the music was extremely loud — everyone was yelling to talk to each other. The staff didn’t have our room ready at 4– we couldn’t get in until 5:00 which was really frustrating waiting wet for an hour. Once we got in the rooms a common spaces were beautiful and spotless. Parking is $40 a night- just heads up.

Property was beautiful and clean. Great location too. Only downside was we could hear all the bars and their music on Rainey St until 2:00am. Totally disrupted our sleep

Was so nice..... funny making entry thru the back at the garage but even though different, I grew to love this feature. Staff was beyond superb! Great room for the value and the location is perfection.
