The room was hot and the air conditioning was not working properly. The shower head was not working properly.

Paid twice for parking, the system was not explained, but they did refund me so annoying but fine.

Excellent hotel with great staff. Food was amazing. Room was great. In room dining was nice. Food was perfect. Overall a very positive experience.

It's was over the top nice.... And the surrounding strip was just minutes to walk to or ride a scooter overall experience is great and I will return again

Remarkably helpful check-in staff (thank you Sadi), and nice bar restaurant at right of hotel lobby. Michelin restaurant was too limited with entrees but waiter was very good … didn’t care for college kid party scene - of course it was the 4th of July weekend but a pool bar and pool full of drunk shirtless kids kinda killed the 5 star rating for us … hotel is beautiful though

From the moment we arrived, we were treated well and loved all the amenities! You really don’t have leave the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. There are very few dining options for people with dietary restrictions.

Hotel rooms are nice and clean . Our experience in the pool was not great ..The swimming pool was over crowded….the number of people are more than the pool seats available…which makes it impossible to swim or enjoy the pool and the pool was not clean .

I always enjoy my stay at the Fairmont. I go there on business and it’s always very clean beautiful city view and the bar and restaurant are really good.

I loved how accommodating the staff here was, it felt so luxury, I was given a shared wall room (the one where there is a door that doesn't open) and unfortunately I could hear many things . I would say if you are staying here, try to not get a room like this if you are a light sleeper.
