Staff was nice and hotel was clean

The washer and dryer could be better clothing took two cycles to dry and washer was not very effective. Otherwise good

Breakfast was hot. And had plenty options. The room was clean and cozy. The check in was seamless. And only had a $20 incidental fee. Overall a great deal for one night.

Hotel is clean and roomy. Bed and pillows are comfortable. However, shower overhead is leaking, no hair dryer and the foldable iron table is small and short( down to the ground). Furthermore, the TV is not working. That’s why I have to take a star away

I asked to use the conference room for a meeting, and they had it ready for me early in the morning. It was private and convenient. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast area was clean, and the food was hot. The only exception was that the coffee was only warm, and they did not have any flavored creamer in the fridge other than half and half. I didn't complain because the food was good. My room was clean, and the AC was just right. I could hear loud footsteps as if the floors were thin. Nonetheless, I slept well as the beds were great! I wish I could have used the pool, as I heard it was saltwater, but I did not have enough time. Again, great service, thank you!

Front desk was very accommodating and had great energy. Rooms are clean and have good quality bedding as well as big fluffy towels. I didn't get up early to try breakfast but will tomorrow morning. Great price, deposit amount is less than most places. It has a great location. Good options for snacks and drinks with normal pricing no over charging. Very quiet and peaceful environment. There wasn't anything I didn't like. This will be my new regular hotel when I come into town.

Excellent hotel! The front desk staff were professional and kind. My family will definitley stay here again when we visit Austin! The room was clean and breakfast was great! Good selection of food and drinks!

Quiet. Clean. Breakfast had 2 choices of meat, cut up fresh fruit, eggs, potatoes daily along with other things. Hotel is off a major hwy. Can get a little noisy but over all no complaints

It was good and convenient the staff can be more helpful the cleaning could be more consistent and the breakfast is good but should have more variety

We needed a place in the area for two nights and this did the job nicely. Reasonable breakfast.

I had a hard time checking in and charged a hefty amount for the deposit after already booking on expedia
