We were put on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. Our key cards went out twice. The shower was leaking we had to tight it and when you use the hot water in the shower it sounds like a car motor running vibrating the walls. The stair way stinks and there is not enough lighting or any cameras. The air was not on when we arrived and it never really got cold in the room

They never clean, it’s to nasty the rooms

My experience was horrible. Despite the roaches and bedbugs, the on-site person could do nothing. They cannot provide us a different room, nor did they have people to come and change the sheets. It was beyond my wildest imagination.

Easy to deal with. Great customer service from staff.

Only area was laundry on site needed repair but a really nice one was close.The staff were great and helpful

It private. Some of the people staying in the area are questionable so I had to be cautious.

Desk staff is super nice. Hotel is decent. Great for the price. I have stayed here a few times.
