hot water in the shower was not available, and no one at the reception desk to talk to

First room had black mold on the ceiling and was moved hours after check in. Left after a week because of roaches

Roaches, dirty, noisy, rude employees.

Rude employees, loud, dirty, roaches, stinks like smoke and garbage.

We were put on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. Our key cards went out twice. The shower was leaking we had to tight it and when you use the hot water in the shower it sounds like a car motor running vibrating the walls. The stair way stinks and there is not enough lighting or any cameras. The air was not on when we arrived and it never really got cold in the room

They never clean, it’s to nasty the rooms

My experience was horrible. Despite the roaches and bedbugs, the on-site person could do nothing. They cannot provide us a different room, nor did they have people to come and change the sheets. It was beyond my wildest imagination.
