I didn’t like it at all

Very quiet

Super a++ stay

Showed up to check in and no one was on site to check us in. There’s was notification to use the phone that was on the wall and dial 0 for late check in and the number said it was disconnected online said to dial a different extension but led us to the same message. Had to book a different hotel that night. Property was also run down and did not feel safe staying there with my children.

I would not choose it again. It was sufficient for the one nights sleep I needed in Austin. I would not choose it for more than a quick nights rest. No remote for the TV and that was required to power it up. Some of the lights did not work and there was no kitchen dishes or basic cookware to use with the kitchenette. First thing you see as you leave the lobby for your room is a Tupperware container on the floor to catch the leak from the ceiling. The room was clean and the bed was good for a nights rest.

Exceptional

Friendly customer service. Will work with rates and other discounts if you stay longer. The room was dirty and didn’t have ran out certain items that are a necessity in a room.

Habitación limpia, aire acondicionado y cocina bien equipada

Passable

Property is old and needs updating to look fresh and clean. TV only had about 10 channels that came in. Stove area was dirty. No ice machine. Had to wait at good while for staff to check me in. Light switch did not work.
