Hampton Inn by Hilton Austin East Side 5th Street

Frequent traveler and frequent Austin traveler- 1st time stay at this location. Terrific new property, convenient location for me and overall great experience. I particularly like that the pull-thru and lobby entrance are not street-facing. Loading/unloading and ride share pick up and drop off is really convenient.

Everything is beautiful couldn't be any better.

Area is great to as it’s close to everything- The breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious and it was a great hotel stay. What i would like to have seen it’s an available parking provided to the guest as there is one available as an extra charge. I had not planned to have that extra charge daily so i had to leave my vehicle in the street.

I like the most is the breakfast!

Everything was as a Hilton should be

Everything is great !! Besides the $35 dollars a day for parking in the garage I feel like it should be $10 or free but besides that hotel was great LOVED IT.

Very nice staff

Overall very good hotel and good place to stay. It is a little far from downtown like a 30 mins walk. The area is not bad either. All you can eat breakfast and the pool is very clean. Overall the hotel is very beautiful and clean as well and employees are wonderful

The stay was alright for the most part. No frills for sure. Our mini fridge broke during the course of our stay, causing our groceries to spoil. The staff didn’t seem to care and refused to refund us or swap rooms because we booked third party. They said they would get maintenance to fix our mini fridge but this was false. Also, the parking situation was precarious. Free street parking, but at your own peril. There were cars right down the street from where we street parked that were broken into. I think I will avoid this hotel for my next stay.

It's worth paying $35/night for the parking garage. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was better than average, and location was great for East Side activities. [;enty of bars and restaurants around as well as many good door dash options

The value of this hotel stay exceeded my expectations for proximity to downtown - we did not pay for covered parking, as the street parking was readily available and assured as (statistically) safe by employees.

Really enjoyed our stay recently. I was surprised how good the free breakfast was. Thank you for everything, hope to visit again soon.

The hotel seemed quite new and was bright and clean. Everything was just fine in my room. The shower pressure was phenomenal and the AC worked great. All of the room appliances did as they needed to and the bed was comfortable and easy to sleep in. All in all it was exactly as I'd hoped and I was quite comfortable the whole time.

I liked how helpful and clean they were but didn’t like that you have to pay to park in their garage when staying there. It was $30 a day to park, and the shower door didn’t close, also didn’t like that you needed to put your card key for the door in a box to turn on lights in room. Other than that it was an 8 minute drive to 6th st.
