The room was super clean and bigger than I imagined. The corner room i chose was especially quiet. Staff were friendly and breakfast options were well rounded. Would def stay here again.

Don't let the location fool you. We were a little taken back with the area but once we got to the actual hotel it was a pleasant surprise. Well maintained and visually pleasing hotel and amenities. With Immaculate, spacious and comfortable rooms that are also very nice. You can tell the housekeeping staff take pride in her work as the attention to detail is evident from to the folding of the toilet paper and hand towels to the immaculate condition of the rooms. Easy to get in on and out of the property, Reasonable parking fee and good parking garage on premise. The only negative was the front desk clerk upon check out who just ignored all the guests that were leaving. I understand she was on the phone but I feel a call can be put on hold or some acknowledgement whether it’s a wave or a pleasantry can be extended to make sure the guests leave feeling valued. And I honestly would’ve liked my final bill printed but gave up and jDropped the keys in the jar like everyone else that was not acknowledged. But with that aside. Give it a try. You won’t regret your decision to stay here

Great location The toilet was clogged, I called the front desk and was put on hold for a long time. I ended up going to the front desk and tell them that the toilet was clogged. They brought a plunger in a bag.

Muy limpia, las instalaciones mejor de lo esperábamos. El único punto que podría mejorar es el agua de la alberca, que no se veía tan limpia. Pero nada. En general excelente 👌 por el precio.

We love Home2 Suites hotels, and this one in Austin was no exception! The property is so stately and beautifully kept, and the room was sparkling clean and felt so spacious for our family of 4. We were only supposed to stay in Austin for 3 nights but our trip got extended and I was scrambling to find a place to stay that had a pack n play for our baby. So at 1am I booked this hotel and felt so at peace knowing we'd be able to accommodate our little one. The breakfast was delicious, the pool and pool area was clean and fun, and overall I just can't recommend this hotel enough!
