Hyatt Place Austin / Lake Travis / Four Points

The room was a standard hotel room. Great room and very clean! I had breakfast the morning of checkout and it was delicious

Breakfast was gas. Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice. Hotel was a good location. What more can a brotha ask for. 10/10

My husband and I stayed over night with our 3 yr old and 10 month old baby. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. My son enjoyed the waffles and oatmeal and I loved their breakfast potatoes. Definitely recommend staying here

Very nice and quiet hotel.

The breakfast was terrible, ended up ordering grubhub. The pool is tiny and has very limited seating. One small family will take up most the chairs. There were no pool towels available, always had to ask at the front desk for towels. People played music and smoked at the pool too, so couldn't use it til they left. Overall a disappointment but for the price I guess that is to be expected.

Booked a top-floor room and was given one on the first floor instead. Reception said they were sold out and couldn’t move me. The first floor was noisy, and only after several complaints did they relocate me to the third floor, which was still noisy. Disappointing experience overall.

Whether traveling for business or pleasure this hotel has nice amenities. Noticed there were a few biz groups using the facility. I was there for pleasure & enjoyed the convenient location near many activities w/o having to go into Austin. The bar, food menu & pool area were definitely a plus!

The breakfast was excellent and the location was in the perfect spot what ever you were looking for, there was so many places to eat and entertainment spot to choose from with in a few mile of the hotel There was really nothing that i didn't like about the hotel or the location, i know that some people were talking about the hilly roads but that one of the things that i love about Austin and the location of the hotel, it reminded me of living in Colorado.

Had a good easy stay. FYI travelers that don’t know, they put a hold on your credit card for $300, and they do return it once you check out. It’s just incase you break something

Clean room, great service, and good location close by Concordia University. The little details made this a little extra special. Breakfast was above average with Starbucks coffee and presentation of food in Le Creuset cookwares. Walking distance to a CVS if you need anything. Draft beer, wine and spirits are also available for purchase downstairs in the bar.
