It was fine but our room was a little outdated. We asked for a quote area and our air or HVAC ran all day and night and very loud. We asked to be placed on the 4th floor where it was considered quiet but a furnace ran all day and night and quite loud, it was difficult to sleep. The fan in the bathroom was totally low and as if the motor was ready to give out. Only 5 tissues left in the Kleenex container.

The Residence Inn has always been a great place to stay and this one was no different. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was in excellent order. I really like it

Breakfast was good. Very clean and new hotel.

My only pain point is that there was hair everywhere in my room and hair all in the pool. Also, the walls and doors could use a wipe down. I booked last minute so I may have gotten a pet room, however, I will likely book again and just stay on a different floor.

The property was good overall.

Room was spacious, hotel was very well appointed, staff were nice, and it was close to everything we wanted to do while here for the weekend in Austin. The free parking was an added bonus! Stairwells and hallways were a little warm but that was the only thing.

Staff was very apologetic and quickly got us into a new room.

Breakfast needs soooo much help!!!! I went down 2 days in a row and it was absolutely no good at all. Not enough selection need to add some kind of potato, the eggs were watery, and the OJ was pretty much gross flavored water and the apple juice tasted spoiled. The room was nice though.

I love it

The room was very nice. There was a weird smell and the stairwell was stinky. Other than that, the room was great, great bed, very large and clean property.

Location was good. AC worked well. Breakfast was good. Television and remote didn’t work very good. Indoor pool flooring is very slippery and dangerous.

It was adequate, but the room felt dark. I think I'm starting to want slightly more upscale accommodations.
