The facilities were immaculate. It was quiet, you could hear small families enjoying the pool, but was not loud. I received an upgrade from the hotel concierge for being a member and returning to try the brand, totally unexpected but nice. I appreciated it. The breakfast was excellent. There was hot food, oatmeal with all the trimmings healthy almonds, fresh fruit, raisins, Cranberries. Waffles with a real industrial waffle iron. Very clean!! The bed was extremely hard too firm like sleeping on a board. The pillows go flat when head hits it. There was one out five pillows that kept its shape and still provided support. The area was fine, it's just an industrial area smells like a refinery

Convenient location with easy access to highway. Clean room and friendly staff. Kitchen is well stocked and breakfast is delicious.

We stayed for a week and the price was way too high for the caliber of the accommodations. Carpet was filthy and this wasn’t standard Marriott quality. This chain has really run down over the years. I could see paying $1857 if it was immaculate, but it was far from it. I pay that for an apartment in New Orleans with three bedrooms for a month. Price is too high for the area as well.

The room was so clean and organized

Everything was clean The room was very dark. I’ve never been to a hotel that dark ever before and as a traveller I’ve been to many hotels. In the picture it didn’t seems to be dark. I choose this hotel over others only because this one had more windows. The room was in the first floor and outside of the room there was fence. This is unacceptable with the amount was paid for this room. Also, in booking.com it says free parking but hotel said they never had free parking and I was charged for every night. I purposely filtered by parking to ensure the hotel has free parking available. I shared pictures.

we paid with gift card ??? for my daughter they gave her a hard time so she ended up sleeping in her truck soooooo unacceptable !!!!!!!!! she will not be back to Austin Texas

I arrived early & was able to check in. Yay! The front desk clerk was so beautiful & pleasant. She was articulate, knowledgeable, & very personable. A definite plus to the company. My room was clean, orderly , & without a stale smell. I couldn't be more happier. Thank you management for ensuring your employees & property are top tier.

Great place to stay.

Property is dated. Location isn't great, it's $50 Uber to get to downtown area. Pool was small and filthy. Laundry only had one machine operational so we had to wait a long time for a washer/dryer. I'll stay elsewhere next time I visit Austin.

The air conditioning in the gym was broken. There was no elliptical - very limited equipment in the gym. The breakfast was limited and was not appealing.

We had a great stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the amenities, especially the fully equipped kitchenette and complimentary breakfast. The property felt safe, quiet, and well-maintained. Overall, a smooth and relaxing experience — we would definitely stay here again!
