The front desk clerk was very rude , disrespectful, unprofessional, she called the police on me saying that I was disorderly, aggressive, out of line . And I was none of that and All because I questioned the policy of the 100$ deposite . Which I was told I could get my money back if expidia approved the return and nothing has been done for me to get my 80$ back for a room I did not stay in

Their management is completely and totally unresponsive, DO NOT book here if there is even a SLIGHT chance you might need to cancel or rebook and need a refund!!!

It’s an okay place for a week or so. The laundry room can use some housekeeping because the washers were dirty. Also the elevator always smells. Overall it’s not bad.

Lots of homeless people around, dirty floors, dead cockroach, tread mill it’s ripped and doesn’t work. Lots of people drinking outside

Room have a lot humidity and smell and I couldn’t sleep well, the bed really uncomfortable and the worst part was mosquitos flying all over, first time staying here and my last one not what I expected it worst I ever been.

It’s an ok stay place with comfy bed but the AC was not that cold and there were no shades for the window

The customer service Bathtub was clogged, the was a homeless person inside the building somehow??? When I got off the elevator he was asleep right in front of the elevator, when I was walking around the wood floor got stuck to my foot and the whole floor LITERALLY lifted off… I’m a guy and it takes a lot to gross me out and I never write reviews but man… this pissed me off

The only negative thing I'll mention was there was slight difficulty finding the property. It's located on a one way road, and there wasn't any obvious signage; and if you're not paying attention you can easily miss the entrance. Which at that point, you'd have to do another loop just to get back on that one way road again. Beyond that, the stay was actually really good and was a very comfortable and roomy stay. Staff was friendly, and the room was actually really clean. Location-wise, even though it was near an interstate, there wasn't too much noise and it was a quiet stay. Didn't get to use the kitchen or other amenities (so can't speak on that) but it looked nice and in proper conditions. No breakfast offered here, but free parking and Wi-Fi helps to make up for that, definitely recommend.

Dirty and not clean. Floor was sticky ac had mold smell. Would not stay and do not recommend

the property was smelly and resident's kids were running and playing all over the parking lot. I should have moved to another hotel because I was not feeling safe with unsavory homeless looking characters coming in and out of the building and no real security provided.

This hotel is not night shift worker friendly. No curtains to block out the light. Loud residents/guests. The staff never answered the phone. Many guests smoked right by the entry when the sign says 25 feet away.
