There were tons of baby roaches all over the room. Two crawled on my spouse at night and woke him up. Dirty shower and very sticky floors. We could also hear the people next door up all night cussing and watching TC very loud

Did not look like the pictures and my room smelled like cigarettes and the room was dirty.

It's close to everything restaurants,groceries and entertainment. Pretty secure building. Has some pets as most extended stays. No bed bugs.

Pet friendly is a big plus, staff always nice and helpful and the area is 5-10 minutes away from downtown. Fenced area around the perimeter would be nice to avoid unauthorized access to premises

They canceled my reservation with no notice; therefore I wasn’t able to get a room. They canceled my reservation with no notice. Desk clerk offered no assistance in resolving the mistake.

Front desk lady was nice. That’s it. The property is trashed including broken car windows (multiple) and a huge pit in the parking lot with mattresses/trash and who knows what else. The lobby, hallways, and every other part except the room smelled horrendous. Never going back.

Hôtel propre, bien entretenu. Parking gratuit inclus. Quartier calme et sécuritaire. Pas de petit déjeuner proposé. Plusieurs options de restauration aux alentours. Chambre propre et spacieuse, literie confortable, wifi fonctionnel. Il serait agréable d’avoir une chaise dans la chambre pour travailler sur le bureau (chambre 304), mais aussi du savon dans la salle de bain ne serait que pour se laver les mains… Bon rapport qualité/prix.

The hotel had a bad smell in the hallways and elevators. The carpets had many stains.

Me and my girlfriend had to change rooms 3 times in an 8-day stay... First room (only stayed one day) was insanely loud, was right next to the highway and they were in construction all week. Next room was better (we stayed about 5 days or so), but when we got back to the room one night we saw a huge cockroach walking on the wall and we found 2 more dead next to the fridge. The last 3 days we stayed at a different room but the water pressure was awfully low. This hotel was the cheapest around the area for a reason

It smelled moldy in the hallways and it was way worse in the elevator. The air conditioner didn’t work well, shower water pressure was too low, and can see mold on walls.
