The only negative thing I'll mention was there was slight difficulty finding the property. It's located on a one way road, and there wasn't any obvious signage; and if you're not paying attention you can easily miss the entrance. Which at that point, you'd have to do another loop just to get back on that one way road again. Beyond that, the stay was actually really good and was a very comfortable and roomy stay. Staff was friendly, and the room was actually really clean. Location-wise, even though it was near an interstate, there wasn't too much noise and it was a quiet stay. Didn't get to use the kitchen or other amenities (so can't speak on that) but it looked nice and in proper conditions. No breakfast offered here, but free parking and Wi-Fi helps to make up for that, definitely recommend.

Helpful at the front desk. Accommodated all my needs

Dirty and not clean. Floor was sticky ac had mold smell. Would not stay and do not recommend
-
the property was smelly and resident's kids were running and playing all over the parking lot. I should have moved to another hotel because I was not feeling safe with unsavory homeless looking characters coming in and out of the building and no real security provided.

The room was clean The ac smelled like mildew

nothing. Horrible Front Desk. I got a room for my employees and as soon as they walk into the door they were greeted with "its fully booked" not knowing i had just made a reservation on booking.com. treated my employees horribly and i can only imagine what they have done in the past. to top it off they did not want to refund me the money for the night and that includes booking.com a 70 dollar stay and get refunded 22 dollars when we did not even set foot in a room. this is embarrassing for both this hotel and this website. speaks volumes on your customer service.

The bed was decent. Water pressure was horrible. The a/c wasn't working properly. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. Not enough towels.

Priscilla was amazing along with the assistant manager. They helped me out in tough situations and I treated them with respect and they respected me. I know they get yelled at a lot but I wanted to share that they did their job well.

I came here from Dallas to celebrate my husband‘s birthday and we stayed at this place. That’s the worst experience ever , starting with a lot of homeless people around, the room , hallway and elevator smelled really bad, and not to mention that a really loud noise coming out of nowhere ( ceiling ) didn’t let us sleep well and a woman outside was screaming asking for help????? Do not come over here people. .

Priscilla was awesome! She was very respectful, helpful, and kind. The manager was also very helpful as well. Having a kitchen and refrigerator was very useful.

Very comfortable. Helped a lot with personal reasons. Thanks guys. The room 204 has an odd damp feeling inside the room and the water pressure for the shower, toilet and sink is low as heck. We got switched to room 423 I think? And that room was more comfortable. Fresher air. Thanks guys :)

No receipt was given to me when I had to check out early. We got there and there was a sign smoking 25ft from the door and someone was smoking next to the door and well as in there room on the third floor. Was kept up from running foot steps from the floor above me. Shower had a used soap and toothpick on top.

Every time I tried to open my room door, it would take 3–4 attempts just to get inside. On top of that, there was constant knocking noises 24/7. At first I thought it was construction outside, but the noise was actually coming from somewhere around the bathroom area and continued all through the night — even at 1–2 AM. It was extremely annoying and made it hard to rest. The only male staff member working there was also very rude and inconsiderate. I was recovering from surgery and had a catheter in, barely able to move around. The first night there wasn’t even any toilet tissue provided. Later when I needed clean towels, he made me go all the way upstairs to bring down the used towels. After I struggled to do that, he refused to take them because he thought there was blood on them, when it was actually pink surgical soak from my recovery. I even explained that one towel may have had blood on it, but he still made me go get it just to refuse it anyway. I ended up throwing it away myself. Overall, the stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and completely lacking compassion or professionalism.

Front desk said electricity went out AND my name was not on the reservation list. Front desk would not answer Engine's attempts to rectify situation.
