Love The Line! Always stay when I travel to Austin!

We liked the location, but the hotel seems old and needs remodeling. The main restaurant was ok but not appetizing. Their bar is cute but not expert with mixed drinks. The attached taco place was excellent and always busy. Their pool was small with no view, but despite being very hot in Austin, they kept the temperature of the water cool and pleasant. There was no convenient store in the hotel or close by to get even a bandaid or Tylenol. Overall ok.

Excellent front desk service. Housekeeping was annoying. Put your DND sign out.

The staff was super friendly and the room service breakfast was spectacular. The coffee shop was also 5 stars. The facility overall needs some updates and attention. The common areas such as the pool were quite dirty. There were beer cans on the ground in the pool area and all of the lounge chair covers were dirty. The elevator squeaked and the couch in the room was also stained. The door in the bathroom was peeling at the bottom. The bed was very comfortable, but older travelers may want to know the bed is very low to the ground. I liked the foam roller and the yoga mat in the room but I would trade that for some facility upgrades. We did use the gym which was small similar to what you might expect at a Hampton Inn and overlooked the roof so the view was not great. The equipment worked well. The shower and bathroom were nice although I would recommend some hooks to hang another towel or a robe or toiletry bag. The soaps and shampoos were top notch. Not sure I would visit again. Location was walkable to visit shops and restaurants which was good.

Very clean room and great views. Pool is a great hangout with poolside drinks and food. Staff was very accommodating! The whole city is walkable from hotel.

Honestly not impressed for the price. Lighting sucks, hallways are very dark and musty, the rooms are okay and look like Vegas with all the drinks and snacks ready to be purchased (makes it look cheap), and the elevator is extremely slow. The pool is cool and the restaurant attached is good. Better places to stay in Austin.

Gorgeous hotel - super vibey lobby, gorgeous pool. 3 on site restaurants - the pool side taco and drink spot is amaaaazing. P6 is lovely with sweeping views of Lady Bird Lake. Spotless super modern rooms. Staff is great, energetic, and so helpful. Amazing location.

The bar staff had some average, and extremely poor employees. Just go a block down the road to the Marriott and you can find better people. That's what we did.

This hotel is fine - that's it. The location is great but the whole place feels rather dated. It's clean and convenient but nothing special.

They charged us 22 dollards for food and wine we did not eat or drink. I emailed asking for reason and refund and no one answered me. I just ate the cost.

Great stay

I was uninformed about the amenity fee. Lobby restaurant was closed for an event and I was not told that would be the case prior to our stay. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location but staff were not helpful. Service at roof bar was also not great.
