Surprise fees that you’re expected to just eat at check in. Parking costs extra, front desk is rude and dismissive. Doesn’t accept cash and doesn’t care if you can’t find somewhere to deposit it. Not even a full 24 hour stay either

sn't good either. Very outdated, elevators need service. Multiple water leak across the property. Inconsistent information from staff. Hallways smelled of meldew, most likely from water leaks. A ton of noise from the strip. After watch staff handle the food we opted out of the breakfast. Was thankful we only spent one night here.

Nice hotel with friendly staff ideal location but in a relatively quiet area. Really good bars restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. Short walk to sixth street for all the night life. Would recommend.

The location and the staff were nice! Phone didn’t work in the room. Seemed like room service skipped our room- we had to go downstairs to get towels twice. TV in the room also had lines, needs to be replaced.

Guy at the counter didn't let me know anything about parking and didn't tell me what floor I was on.

Within walking distance of The Capitol and multiple food places. Beautiful hotel. Staff was wonderful. V Valet parking main option. Although expensive, they took good care of my car. Brought it down just so my luggage could be placed in it.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast had a nice assortment with ample seating. Good location. We were in town for a convention at a nearby hotel. We saved $80/night, and got free WiFi and breakfast - such a good deal!

Austin is a freaky-deaky city and the residents definitely do a great job of “keeping Austin weird”. The hotel was clean and surprisingly the snacks in the room were complimentary. I’m talking about Snickers, Twix, and other goodies.
