Very comfortable stay. Appreciated that the hot breakfast offered was not the same each day. Staff pleasant and helpful. The downtown location was great for connecting to tours, restaurants and The Moody Theater.

The rooms were pristine, clean and organized. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The Continental breakfast was good with different options available. It was overall a great stay for our short family trip to Austin in a great location - close to everything!

Staff was friendly & the location is hard to beat. Room - could never get room cold no matter what we did. Pool - decent area / set up but it’s the only public pool I’ve ever been to that did not have a bathroom at all. Very strange design to leave that out or make people have to return to their rooms / elevators.

Though this hotel has its good services, beware of incidental deposits. I was charged $300 - and the info on Expedia didn’t mention incidental deposits!

AC worked great. Floors were quiet so you could sleep in. I will stay here again.

Great hot breakfast that was never crowded. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Excellent location near food and river pathway.

Hotel is great location. Most bars/restaurants are walking distance.

When we called to speak with the manager, he was rude and would not help us get the room comfortable. To make it worse, he promised compensation for the valet parking but did not follow through. If you want a secure room and working A/C, look elsewhere.
