Clean room and great breakfast
-
No problems at all; smooth check-in, clean, quiet, peaceful weekend getaway.
-
Swimming pool restroom was out of service. One of the lobby restrooms was out of service. No detergent or laundry items available in the guest laundry room
-
Issues at check-in were resolved fairly easily. My first room was occupied by a maintenance worked who was installing/replacing the AC unit. My next room struggled to cool the room both nights I was there. It is my understanding that numerous rooms at the hotel were having the same issue during my stay.

all good

Clean room, should not have to pay for parking.
-
It was a great stay!
-
2- Sink in room overflowed due to garbage disposal. Towel underneath sink possibly due to an ongoing issues that was not properly addressed. 3. Paying for parking as a guest at the hotel. $11 plus the parking expires before checkout time so we had to pay 2xs 4. Toilets not properly flushing. 5. Had to pay extra $15 for late checkout First and last time staying at this property crooks and scammers stay away..

Very clean, good breakfast, modern shower, nice kitchenette amenities, comfortable bed - not happy about having to pay for parking
-
Great stay! Bed is comfortable, room is clean and area feels safe.
-
Staff were very helpful and prompt. Room was clean though carpet could use some deep cleaning, bed was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was decent but the breakfast availability should be longer at least til 10am overall a good experience. I would definitely stay there again!

Clean room. Basic hotel.
-
I choose this location because it’s near an exam I take. It’s quiet and centrally located. The desk situation is ideal for studying. They have a great breakfast as well

Clean room and the breakfast was good!
-
Everything was great. Room was clean, it was peaceful too

The African American manager that works in the evening as well as theAsian gentleman was so nice and helpful.
-
Breakfast had a decrease in quality since my last stay.
-
The breakfast was good but VERY basic, however, it was enough to get me off to the office in the mornings. Overall, it was a great stay. Probably wouldn’t stay again only because of parking..

This hotel now charges for parking, which was free in the past and still should be free. There is no reason to charge for parking, as parking in this area of town does not come at a premium. I did notice that there is overnight security, so I wonder if they have had issues with customers' vehicles being broken into. They did not tell me or warn me. Overall, the hotel is decent, but it has taken on some wear and tear since it opened. Most of the staff is not welcoming, and there were no carts available to help me with my luggage. My room had mildew in the closet due to condensation from the HVAC vent. The grout in the bathroom has chipped out due to water from the shower, because there is no shower door. Everything else was decent. Breakfast is decent, but a homeless person crashed it one morning, and the staff acted clueless about it. Where was security?!?! Perhaps 3-star hotels closer to the Domain are a better choice.
