Americas Best Value Inn Austinburg

Jennifer at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is the reason we decided to stay. We are over the road truckers and wanted a few nights away from the truck. This is a budget property that needs remodeling, updates, etc. but for the price we felt it was fine. They provide complimentary continental breakfast that consists of bagels and cream cheese, a couple kinds of breads for toasting, fruit, plain yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee and tea. We took a 10-15 minute drive to Lake Shore Park right on Lake Erie and enjoyed the views. We also found a good BBQ restaurant in the waterfront Ashtabula lift bridge area.

The hotel is definitely dated, but is so convenient to major highways in the price was reasonable. I would stay here again.

The hotel was a great value. Easy off easy on the highway. Parking lot needs improvement. Besides that, great price.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was nice and firm and I had the best night sleep I have had in a long time. Staff was helpful and the continental breakfast had a lot of choices.

Don’t let the fact that it is a bit dated deter you.. This hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly.. It’s located right off the Interstate.. Perfect for our family to stay at while we were in the area for the Semi truck races.. I feel that we were giving someone our business that truly appreciated it.. We ate down the road at Clay Street bar and they had excellent food and friendly service as well..

Great place for the $

I recommend this motel for all these reasons.

Very clean rooms and common areas. Very helpful staff. One of the two rooms booked the remote would not work and the staff was helpful in getting a new one to us.

Stayed for 2 nights & the stafff was really nice. The room was clean & tidy. The A/C was cold! And trust me, that was a GREAT thing! I’ll be back for sure! 😊

Staff were nice and breakfast was good. TV didn't work tho. Bed was comfortable.

Older hotel but clean. Room was good size, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Continental breakfast was very limited.

They were renovating so that is why I didn’t score it higher. It is a good value for the money solid no frills tv is small but lots of channels. Microwave and fridge in room. Bed was comfortable not quietest with the street noise but not the worst. Would stay again

Good location. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Shower head way too low. Noisy front desk area. I had room 111. Right down from front desk and they talked often and it echoed into my room . Had to tell them to quiet down twice. Second shift front desk people. On Thursday the 14th.

I loved the peace and the fact I didnt have to walk far to our vehicle , I had a stroke and dont like too use the wheel chair, also love the price Tv to small, could have more night time snacks for people like me that cant or wont leave at night , bathrooms need a tub and more space , all in all its a great hotel

Everything Nothing

The property was what we needed. Comfortable room, right where we needed for location, and inexpensive. Dated, no elevator, and terrible breakfast choices. You would be better off at a 7/11.
