Hampton Inn Austinburg- outside Ashtabula. Good breakfast choices: scrambled eggs, a meat, seasoned potatoes, juices, fresh fruit salad, cold cereal, waffles, breads and oatmeal. Jellies, butter, salt, pepper, condiments for waffles varied and available.

Staff is extremely polite and helpful. They extended my checkout without any drama or lot of convincing. Breakfast is good and hearhealthy. I love hot oats and fresh fruits and a good waffle maker. They have it all. Pool was clean but I couldn’t use it coz of my sechedule.

Was turned away from a pre-paid room as they were fully booked and did not have enough available parking. I was pulling a 16' tag along. I understand they turned others away for the same reason.

Had to wait 20 minutes after check in for our room to be ready. Only to have no trash bags in the trash cans, hair in the shower, and sticky night stands. The staff is friendly, the pool is clean as well as the rest of the public areas. Breakfast was decent but not great. Had an overall pleasant experience though.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The whole place was very clean and organized. My TV didn't work but the staff member went out of her way to fix the issue. It was an excellent stay overall. I dont really have any complaints.
