We have only one complaint with our stay. We were in an "accessible" room because of a couple of health issues. The fan in the bathroom was nowhere sufficient to handle the steam from the use of the shower. By the time you get done taking a shower the floor, walls, and mirrors were so wet it was very slippery. At one point I did slip and caught myself before hitting the floor, but not without getting a couple of minor cuts on my hand and arm. We did report it to the front desk. The room # is 112.

When we arrived, our room door opened with the card, but was blocked by the safety bar. The front desk staff went up to try to unlatch the safety bar with no luck. We were quickly given another room. No maintenance effort was immediately made to open the door which seemed unusual considering there was no way of knowing if a hurt or unconscious guest could have been in the room. If I was that unconscious guest, I would hope quick efforts were made to access the room.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very helpful staff, from check in to maintenance. Utilized party room for a birthday party which was a great experience.

I know the hotel is pet friendly but my room smelled so bad. You would think that they would at least try to eliminate that smell between guests

Staff was friendly. Room service excellent. Breakfast good and re-stocked. Room was clean.

Hampton Inn Austinburg- outside Ashtabula. Good breakfast choices: scrambled eggs, a meat, seasoned potatoes, juices, fresh fruit salad, cold cereal, waffles, breads and oatmeal. Jellies, butter, salt, pepper, condiments for waffles varied and available.

Staff is extremely polite and helpful. They extended my checkout without any drama or lot of convincing. Breakfast is good and hearhealthy. I love hot oats and fresh fruits and a good waffle maker. They have it all. Pool was clean but I couldn’t use it coz of my sechedule.

Convenient location with clean, quiet room and very comfy bed!

Was turned away from a pre-paid room as they were fully booked and did not have enough available parking. I was pulling a 16' tag along. I understand they turned others away for the same reason.
