Clean hotel. The nicest staff! Great options at breakfast. The flashing smoke detector light above my bed.kept me awake. Also, some of the other guests were very loud in the room above me. I know that isn't something you can control.

Friendly staff, great food, pool was awesome! I like everything except the 3oclock check in.

W e are in a cross country road trip and it is nice to stay in a clean Pleasant hotel! I always try to stay at these properties!

As I make my way across the USA via bicycle I have stayed at several hotels already. I have begun to think that hotels have given up. Given up updating/fixing building, sub par breakfasts, outdated rooms. This place was a breath of fresh air! Clean building and grounds. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was by far the best continental breakfast ever. This place exudes the pride that everyone must have working there. Kudos

The property was very v clean and the staff was very knowledgeable about everything I asked.

Breakfast was good. A lot of different choices healthy and not not. ☺️ Room was for 4 people however only enough towels for 3 to shower. Was provided extra towels.

Good location and easy to get off and on the highway Was there during a bad storm. Power went out about 3:30pm and I didn’t have power in my room until 3:30 am. NO ONE from the staff came to my room to offer any help if needed or e en to tell me any details on when power would be back on. After two hours of doing nothing in my room bc of no power I had to walk down dark stairway to front desk and ask when power would be back on and was told about 9:00m. I asked why no generator in hotel and the front desk girl never answered me. She was working with a tiny battery operated lantern!!! I asked if she had any flashlights and she looked around d and gave me a tiny one. On the way back upstairs to my room on the se one floor I tripped on the stairs, was ok but scary in the dark on the way back to my room. Sat around d in my room all night doing nothing. About midnight the bathroom light and entrance light to the room came back on but NOTHING else came back on until 3:30am. I u detestable d the area was hit hard so I was mad about no power but understood. HOWEVER, the lack of a hotel generator was/is VERY upsetting to me and I was scared in case of a fire or anything happening in the hotel that I would have to leave the hotel!! NOT GOOD AND NOT SAFE! If a fire or even the fire alarm would have gone off it would have been so scary and UNSAFE for guests staying in a four story hotel with no generator. I find it interesting that this hotel chain does t have a generator!! If something would have happened to me if there was a emergency with no generator I would contact my lawyer for a lawsuit asap! This was very unfortunate. Also, when checking out in the morning when asked if I enjoyed my stay and I said no they looked at me like I had two heads. I turned back in my flashlight they gave me and said I couldn’t believe this hotel didn’t have a generator and again got mo response/answer to that and was made to feel like I was asking a stupid question!! Told them I wasn’t happy and they said they were sorry...

Liked everything. Clean, comfy beds, hot water for showers. Breakfast was fantastic with new hot items!

The pool was a little smaller than we expected, and there wasn't a hot tub, which we like to have but those were minor drawbacks. Overall, the hotel was comfortable, clean, and had excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

There was a friendly and efficient staff. The lobby was impressive, the dining area was excellent. There were ample snacks and treats in the lobby which is usefull a night when you want a snack but don't want to leave the property. I was impressed.
