Austinburg Hotel

Enjoyed my stay. Convenient location, clean, air conditioning & free continental breakfast.

Staff was so kind and welcoming! Rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. I actually left a few items behind. Thankfully I'm only an hour away and plan to drive back in a couple days. They have my things put aside and safe for me! We will definitely be booking here again our next trip to Geneva!

Very nice hotel great fir the price don't let the outside fool you it is definitely an older property but the inside is well kept. The only downside is the breakfast is not all that very limited in choice but it is close to a Dennys.

Price wasn't bad at all. The pool opens late compared to most hotels

Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.

Loved that the pool was open til 11pm. N/A

Location and access to Spire Academy The Host, initially he was short and rude.

Food. very basic but at least something. Inability to properly communicate with English language. Seemed vacant which increased apprehension in choice.

The hotel is dated. Our shower constantly dripped. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked having coffee available all the time.

Convenient location Sink was clogged and plugs in lights by beds didn't work.

Breakfast was good, parking ok, didn’t get my senior discount off total bill or itemized statement. Was charged what I was quoted when booked. Room was a nice size

Decent for the price. Overall cleanliness was ok...but showing signs of wear/age.

Excellent check in experience. clerk was helpful and courteous. Received an upgrade to a suite so we could be close to the pool.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection. Staff was friendly. Couldn’t get the tv to work. It gave instructions about connecting to the wifi with your phone but the setup didn’t work. I didn’t call for assistance or I’m sure they would have helped remedy the situation so that was my own fault.

Yes & the bagels were great!
